10/10 Experience!
We produced an event for a high-end client at MODERNHAUS this past week and were blown away by the hospitality from the entire staff. The ENTIRE team was very responsive and kind. It was the greatest pleasure working alongside such a friendly and attentive staff and we will surely be back for another event!

The best around
Front desk staff and doorman went above and beyond!! Claude and Adam, make sure I had whatever I needed. Truly made my time experience there stress free. I was able to focus on my work and my team versus stressing about my car, packages etc

This was my first time in New York and absolutely nailed the hotel and location. It’s right at the doorstep of all the best shopping and food as well as access to subway entrances.

I had an exceptionally great stay at Modern Haus! The wonderful Kristy at the front desk was what made my stay so special from the first moment I arrived! Her super friendly, bubbly, kind, and caring personality coupled with her top-notch efficiency makes her a super star on your team! Huge thanks Kristy! You're the best!! My room was simply fabulous with exceptional views and every amenity I could ask for! It was cleaned and stocked perfectly each day as well. The rooftop cocktail experience was first rate too! So pretty. A shout out goes to all the staff and a big thanks to Claude and Adam for securing my ride to the airport with your wonderful car service. Five stars all around! My first time there and won't be my last! Look forward to my next stay with you all.

Choose somewhere else!
The staff were not particularly welcoming, the rooms are extremely noisy, the hotel has not been properly maintained, and the gym is extremely small. The only real positive is the location, although many other hotels in the area offer the same advantage. Overall, the price is completely unjustified for the quality you receive, especially compared with other hotels in the area.
