We were participating in the Five Boro Bike ride last weekend in NYC and wanted to stay in Soho. We were deciding between 2 hotels and our relatives recommended this one and boy are we glad we stayed here!! Beautiful modern hotel, gorgeous rooftop bar/ pool area, and comfortable rooms. But, the highlight was our experience with the staff. Everyone was terrific but, 2 women who work at reception - Caitlyn and Aly were shining stars!!! They upgraded our room to a higher floor, helped us with restaurants and navigating the subway and then when they heard about our bike tour they took customer service to the next level. We needed additional shower caps and latex gloves, due to the rainy cold forecast, and they had a packet ready with these goodies in our room the night before. And the next day, after being gone for over 8 hours, they had a beautiful fruit platter and sparkling water, delivered to our room with a lovely handwritten note of support. What an amazing treat!!! The hotel is truly a gem in the SoHo area. Everyone was warm and friendly. These two women did take customer service to the next level and made our stay one of the most memorable experiences. We look forward to our next time at ModernHaus!

The staff are very friendly. The room is spacious per NY standards. We love the location. Shopping, public transits are all in the stone throw away. The room is maintained well but not perfect. Wish there is a hook to hang the bath towel by the shower. The housekeepers did an excellent job. We only visited the roof top bar - Jimmy's. It has a terrific view of the city of Manhattan. The cocktails are bit too sweet for my taste buds. The lobby is a bit disappointing, lack of lounge space to seat while we were waiting for friends.

I recently stayed at Modern Haus and had a fantastic experience. Allen from the front desk team was incredibly attentive and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean, the view from my room was stunning the amenities were top-notch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

First we get an upgrade to a skyline apartment with an outstanding view to south Manhattan. The hole staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Kristy and Ali are wonderful, they can make life better. The location in central Soho is a fantastic starting point for exploring New York in every direction.

Best experience at a hotel in NYC I've had yet. The rooms are beautiful and view is simply stunning. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Kristy is such an incredible person. She made my whole entire stay feel like I was at home. So caring, generous, and just always lovely. She helped me with anything and everything I needed and was always there for me to make sure all my needs were met. When you book with Modernhaus, make sure you meet Kristy because she will make your day!!!!!
