From start to finish we had the most amazing stay. All staff from the doormen to the cleaners went above and beyond, the food was amazing and it was the most magical stay over Christmas. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else and was never wanted the trip to end.

My rating for most of the property would have been 9/10 , but their happy hour at E2 bar was really hard .. During check in they invited us to two complimentary drinks at happy hour , we had the “ Magic table dinner booked” so my wife wanted to have a drink prior to.. Arrival their bar was packed with ballroom guests that were having a loud and beautiful time .. we arrived and mentioned to the server we were their for two quick happy hour drinks and he quickly sat us near the door and gave us a menu … we shared 3 drinks which were made well enough for our liking and as it was time to leave I asked for our check but our server had left for the night (8pm maybe) we were their about 45 min total .. we were delivered a check with no drinks complimentary … which I asked the server to correct and showed him our letter from the $2,800 room stay (1 night) and he said the last server that left made a mistake and must not have known and gave us a regular menu not complimentary.. I insisted that he ask a manager because we shouldn’t need to deal with such a small matter , he advised we should add the charge to our room and speak to the front desk after ..

We checked out Friday, and I told my husband that this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff in general are kind and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely and our room was luxurious and well appointed. But, as an event planner, I pay attention to detail. The night we checked in I found a used Q-tip on the bathroom floor near the trash can. The next morning, I brought this to the attention of one of the concierges. He was apologetic and agreed that it was gross and I assured him it would not over shadow our experience at the Pierre. He told me it would be taken care of. After a very long day of work in the city, we returned to the room to find the Q-tip still there. Also, I noticed that our blinds had not been drawn like the night before, the lovely little foot pads were not on the floor by our bed and no new bottles of water were available. All in all, a wonderful experience. So from someone in the business - kudos and THANK YOU!

Kevin and your staff along with Carol on elevator were outstanding Kevin at the front desk made this experience one to remember for a lifetime. It was celebrating a 70th birthday and 50th Anniversary that my wife and I will never forget. Kevin should be recognized for going more than the extra mile to make this stay the best we have ever had!!! We will surely be back appreciating your entire staff!!!
