Reviews for The Roxy Hotel Tribeca

A Vacation Within a Vacation.

The Roxy was a welcomed seclusion from the bustle of The City. The mixture of of vibrancy and intimacy in the lounge culminates in an open air feeling, romantic nooks, engaging tables of friends conversing, creative nosh and musical notes within a sweeping atrium where travelers and locals can both relax and retune. Dinner from the restaurant was delicious and the service was finely attentive. With the jazz bands and the cinema, one could stay within the walls and enjoy city style without leaving the hotel for a bit. Our room was quiet, well designed and appointed with attention to details and a lovely few of the skyline. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good yet under seasoned and the restaurant was understaffed for breakfast service so one person was working exceptionally hard to get to everyone. They maintained their composure and still provided quality service under pressure. Gratitude! We loved the Roxy Style and are looking forward to our next stay.

My favorite hotel - Charming Lobby and Incredible Staff!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

There are so many incredible things about the Roxy Hotel. As someone who travels constantly throughout the year, this is the only hotel I look forward to coming back to. It has so much personality and charm, from the live jazz music playing in the restaurant to the dog-friendly service. When I checked in, Kelly at the front desk offered me a glass of sparkling wine and my pup a dog bed and bowls for the room! The Django is not to be missed- my dinner and jazz experience was wonderful. I also will note that the noise cancellation in the hotel rooms works really well. Even with music playing downstairs, I just turned the noise cancellation knob in my room and it was almost completely tuned out. I want to give a special thanks to the wonderful group working at the Roxy - Roger, Monsur, Denia, Deshaun, Lissy, and Kelly!

This was lavish digs indeed for our weekend in NYC. We were impressed with our warm greeting at our check in and were immediately asked if we'd like a water or glass of wine to begin our day. Rooms our actually a good size for a city hotel, clean and comfortable. Impressive layout with the Roxy bar, nightclub, and movie theater all within the hotel. Excellent Sunday brunch.solid music. Great location in tribeca. Oh and fantastic cocktails!

Our room was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was great. Jazz Brunch was lovely. Drinks and oysters were perfect at the bar and the coffee from Jack’s was delicious. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Truly, no notes. Can’t wait to go back.

The Tribeca Grand Hotel was a totally new experience for us, and yet the standard of quality was consistent with that to which we have become accustomed. The true differentiator of this hotel is the outstanding staff, particularly their attitudes. Time and again someone on staff, from the Bellman to the Concierge Desk, had a ready answer or suggestion that met our needs. The trip included some sightseeing, fine dining, and catching up with old friends - what a wonderful time.
