Excellent location in walking distance to many attractions or public transportation. Clean, friendly staff but very limited services. No Food and Beverage, on site, but a few places very close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room was stark and bland. "Couch" was as comfortable as sitting on a rock. No view. Refrigerator broken so requested a new one (which they accommodated). Bathroom spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, room was directly across from elevators so a tremendous amount of noise.

Love this hotel! The staff members were friendly, rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Every morning, the kids would wake up early and go swimming. The heated was nice touch. We would spend all day exploring the city and when we came back, my husband and I would head to the top floor for a little night cap. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel in New York. Its communal areas are very plush but there is currently no bar or restaurant available onsite although there are a large number of cafes / bars nearby. They store bags without charge and all staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a loft suite it wasn’t as big as I was expecting . The shower was very good however we were provided with bottles of water at check in but our room did not have any cups , a coffee machine or a fridge ! The beds were very comfy and we didn’t hear any street noise or any noise from our neighbours .

Stayed here 5th to 9th April on Room only basis. Compact room but very well designed with comfortable bed, huge ensuite with walk-in shower, 2 seater sofa, desk and office chair. All the amenities you would expect were provided but no tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this hotel. There is currently no bar or restaurant service, which is a shame and that is the only negative. We look forward to returning.
