Ny SH nice , not SH London
SH New York reflect the city , elegant and ‘energetic’, amazing service and people ! Unfortunately in London SH reflect to the city and it is shabby ! Kids who pay peanuts spend all day on the sofa studying chatting and drink alcohol ! Alcohol in UK is ‘an habit quite culture’ and , unfortunately again , it is so unfair and annoying !

Worst Soho House
This Soho House failed in every way during my recent trip. If you are reading this then you have been warned. I’m a member and frequently stay at houses when I travel and everything that could have gone wrong did… and when I told them about it there was ZERO follow through tj make any of it right. At these prices go somewhere else… where they actually care that you are choosing to spend your money with them. What was once such a cool fun place to stay has completely dropped the ball. So after sleepless nights and a bandage hand I’m telling you PICK ANOTHER HOTEL.

Overpriced
I was in this Soho House 'hotel' two days ago. It cost the price of a 5 star hotel, but it fails to deliver. The reception area is a tiny box just off the street, so there's always a crush at the desk, with only two cramped seats for customers available, the lighting throughout is too dark, so that wherever you are you can't actually see properly, including the floor numbers in the lift - everyone was always peering to see where to go. Our room was in an open access hallway with no extra security measures (worrying) with very dark- bordello lighting so you could not actually see the room keyhole to get the key in. The room was small and again, with poor lighting. It is winter and the only heating was a fan that came out of a ledge that blew hot air into the room - so unless you wanted dry, dehydrating air and a loud helicopter noise in your room, you had to turn it off and freeze at minus-zero temperatures in a room with lots of exposed wooden flooring. The two windows with a block of wall in between let in sufficient light and room service was very poor - EVERY time I called for breakfast, they didn't pick up and I had to go through reception. The club at the top was fine but also very dark mood-lighting throughout the day, and service was off-on in that most of the staff rush around but are very hard to pin down and the quality of food is negotiable for what it costs. I recommend giving this overpriced and under-delivering 'hotel' a wide berth.

Disgusting attitude!!!
Went here for dinner with friends. The venue is really nice. The food is ok. The service is below average the waiter had zero personality, and the management attitude is disgusting! A friend was late. My glass was empty, and had been sat empty for a while. Couldn’t see the waiter, went and asked a tall girl, thought she was the manager as she definitely didn’t look like she was doing any work, if we could get a couple more drinks ordered. With a filthy look she said to me, if I take my seat she is sure my waiter would be over to the table shortly!! If I was a local I would have taken a major issue, but I was with friends and thought I didn’t want to ruin their evening and make a scene. What breathtaking arrogance! Don’t waste your money here!! There are plenty of places much nicer that don’t think it’s there job to pretend to be more important than the people they serve. I’d never return! Awful evening!

Gem in the city that never sleeps !
Soho house is just a guarantee. I have bin a member for years ! And every time its always a pleasure to be here ! The food at the restaurant is fantastic . The service is impeccable ! The rooms are super ! The co coerce team is very important for me and the team at soho house are gr8 in recommending the best of the best ! They truly make my experience unbelievable. Thank you !
