Great stay!
Stayed for a business conference and wished I had time to enjoy the amenities. The front desk agents and bellman are wonderful. They greet you with a warm & friendly demeanor and as they check you in consistently use your last name as they speak with you. I had breakfast in the hotel lounge one of the days and it was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. I also very much appreciated their incidental fees not being outlandish. Resistance Newport Beach is $75 a day as of April of 2024 and that is not terrible and refunded back to your card if not used. I’ve stayed at many hotels that have $150-$300 in daily incidental charges and it’s ridiculous.

The hotel was great and food even better. Large big rooms in this day of small cell hotel rooms. Nice vinyl flooring and beach theme rooms. I do advise to stay away from the fourth floor suites next to the HAVC. It gets very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel was nice enough to switch me rooms to the other side and a higher floor. Very accommodating for group business too. I've been a fan of this hotel for three decades.

Great Place to stay for business or personal!
What an amazing stay! This hotel has style and class! Front the check-in-experience, to the check-out, this hotel provided top-notch service and atmosphere! I loved the restaurant on site and the outdoor space where we had out meals for the conference I was attending was perfect!

Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel provided an ideal location for our conference. They worked with our team in the planning phase to capture our vision. Then it was perfectly executed by their staff. Markus Kohn the General Manager and Spence Olsen our Sales Manager were both helpful in the planning phase as well as in the execution once on property.
