Great choice

Lovely, clean, spacious rooms. Quiet AC. GreatGreat buffet breakfast with nice offerings and very pleasant servers who brought juices and coffee. Convenient location...easy walk to theatres, shops and restaurants. We've been to Niagara on the Lake many times but somehow missed the Harbour House. We'll stay there again

Exceptional servce in the face of adversity.

We’re annual visitors because the Harbour house is immaculate and does everything well - including complimentary wine and cheese every afternoon and delightfully tasty brekkie. Special note on this visit: we observed an “entitled” patron who was served a breakfast (the complimentary buffet) who then proceeded to complain to her sever that she was served unfiltered water. The polite server apologized and noted that while filtered water is available for all guests from a dispenser on the 2nd floor, the water from the kitchen is from the NOTL municipal system and was not further filtered. (The hotel is reducing its plastic usage by providing glass jugs and ice/water machines -excellent practice!). This patron would not let it go and repeated her complaint. Shortly thereafter the server returned with two plastic bottles of water for her - going above and beyond the call of duty while maintaining a polite composure. The Harbour House deserves repeat business as well as a shout out to excellent staff!

Wonderful stay

This was our annual girls trip of 7 women. This year we went to Niagara-on-the-Lake and stayed at The Harbour House. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and we all had fireplaces in the room. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious; way better than we expected!!! It’s a short walk to downtown and the Shaw Festival theatre and the water is right there. They were kind enough to open up the breakfast room when we got back at night so that we could play cards. They also shuttled us to a winery on our first day. We definitely received first class service. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay at the Harbour House for our anniversary. A card and bottle of wine awaited us when we got to our room, which was spacious and inviting with all the comforts one could want. An added bonus were the complimentary buffet breakfasts and the free shuttle to our dinner reservations and back.
