Great experience at the Harbour House

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 16 hours ago

It was our first time staying in Niagara-on-the-Lake and we fell in-love with the town and the Harbour House. This hotel’s staff, from reception, breakfast room and housekeeping, they were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and well located. Although not on the Main Street, it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and Queen’s Royal Park. The area is totally beautiful. We also appreciated the EV charger at hotel parking lot. The only negative thing I could say is parking could be limited. We went during the week and before peak Summer season and we ran out of a parking spot after charging our car.

A Charming Boutique Hotel

We've been coming to the Harbour House Hotel since it opened, so probably just over 20 years. It's a lovely hotel on a quiet street, and located walking distance to town. The rooms are very pretty and comfortable; breakfast (included with your stay) is delicious; and the hotel staff is exceptional. Everyone is friendly, and works hard to make sure your stay is perfect. We just returned from a three-night visit, and were actually talking about possibly returning in the Fall! Shout out to the dining room staff and breakfast chefs (amazing) and the lovely Antoinette and Ali at the Lobby reception desk. See you all again soon!

NOT AT ALL...Surprised!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

We were again NOT surprised by the AMAZING reception we received at Harbour House Hotel. The location is perfect-close to town but also quiet and walkable along the lake! Most accommodating staff! They gave us our room from 2 years ago where we spent our anniversary! We did not expect that kind of service for this anniversary! We are always so appreciative of the services included especially getting us a reservation on a Friday night for our celebration. They had even informed the restaurant about our anniversary. We will return as often as possible!

Niagara Escape Package

Wonderful boutique hotel. Location is close to the Niagara River, nice walking paths along the waterfront. Room was a very good size, clean. All staff were very courteous, nice wines to taste from during happy hour. Breakfast was excellent, our server Brenda was very personable. A very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return.

A hidden gem in Niagara-on-the-Lake

My husband and I visit NOTL often since it's only about an hour from home, so it's a nice little get away for us. So happy that we discovered the Harbour House last year! We've stayed so many times since. It's truly a fantastic spot. The rooms are all spacious and clean. Covered parking is available, which was particularly handy in the winter. The daily happy hour is lovely, as is the included breakfast. There's a free shuttle available until about 11 pm to take you to and from any of their restaurants at their sister hotels, though it's only about a 5 minute walk to the centre of town where most of the restaurants and bars are located. You can't go wrong with a visit to the Harbour House!
