Reviews for Harbour House Hotel
My husband and I stayed for three nights in April. From the moment we entered the hotel we knew we were in for a treat. The staff were so welcoming, and the decor was inviting. We had a king room with a sitting area. It was a large space with two comfy chairs, fireplace, mini fridge, coffee maker, large screen tv, large windows, and wonderful shower. The room was right next to the elevator and stairs, and we never heard a peep. They offer shuttle service to local restaurants, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The parking for the hotel has several spots underneath the building, which was great when we had an ice storm since there was no need to scrape our auto. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety to choose from. We will stay here when we come back.

Always a tranquil time in NOTL at the Harbour House. Calm and right beside the Niagara River it’s a charming, hospitable inn with cozy rooms, fireplace in situ, and a nightly cocktail hour. Nearby restaurants make for great local dining, lots of birds to see and trails to run. A thoroughly enjoyable experience only a short drive from Toronto. Have stayed before and will stay again!
The Harbour House assembled every piece of the puzzle to make our stay a wonderful experience. From the manager's welcome wine & cheese gathering to the breakfast the next morning, our stay was a pleasure. From the forever fireplace in the lobby to the artwork throughout the hotel, this place is a real treasure. There is covered parking for a small number of visitors and even plugins for electric vehicles. Dave works evenings to drive guests to dinner dates downtown - a bonus. We were amused to discover at the wine & cheese party that all of the other couples had also been gifted their stay at the Harbour House by their adult children.

Stayed for 1 night with my parents and my son on 7th March 2018. We checked in quite late in the day and I had booked 2 double rooms. The lovely girl on reception jiggled the booking about so we could have 1 twin and 1 double. It was no trouble to her at all. The rooms were just beautiful. Huge, comfortable bed, fireplace and a bathroom to die for. Lovely spa bath with separate shower cubicle. Complimentary toiletries and wifi. Ice and water in corridor. Breakfast in the morning was good, food always replenished and lovely locally sourced produce. We had a memorable stay

Very friendly. Weather was snowy so we appreciated the protected, covered parking. Our package included the HobNob Restaurant, they have a shuttle that took us there and back. We just let our waitress know when we were ready to leave HobNob and she called the shuttle to pick us up, so I could have a couple glasses of wine without driving, makes for a more romantic evening. Staff was very friendly, room view was over the marina and river, bed was very comfortable. Had a large Jacuzzi type tub we enjoyed after. Modern and very clean. We had a wonderful time.
