The tops!
One of the most delightful b and b/boutique hotels we’ve stayed at. Service is exceptional, rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bed is terrific. A great nights sleep. Free wine and cheese hour, complimentary continental breakfast. Terrific location. Not inexpensive, but well worth it.

Great Stay at Harbour House Hotel
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbour House Hotel in August 2026. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The location is excellent. We didn’t need to use our vehicle at all during our stay because the hotel is within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, and the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Bicycle rentals are also available, which is a great way to explore the area. The included breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of quality food to start the day. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. We highly recommend Harbour House Hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Just Stay Here :)
Had a wonderful July weekend staying at Harbour House with another couple who flew up from Texas. The hotel is immaculately kept and our room was one of the larger ones with a nice sized sitting area. Most impressive was the breakfast with all the homemade food - a true delight both mornings we were there. Their advertisements say it’s one of the Top25 hotels in Canada and as a regular traveler (over 2000 nights spent in hotels around the world), this is one of the quaintest in a perfect town setting. Also appreciated the free (although slow) Level2 EV chargers in the parking structure. Having stayed here 15 years ago and coming back again, it was a memorable trip in part due to the hotel and the terrific staff.

We come to the Shaw Festival every year and always stay at the Harbour House Hotel. The accommodations and staff are great.

Loved the whole experience
Don’t let the first impression fool you. This place does not cry out with vibes you just grow into it. We liked it…the location, atmosphere, rooms, people and breakfast. We signed up for the full package and no regrets. Could have e been cheaper? Maybe …but all in all we had a good stay and that is what matters.
