Beautiful place. Nicely renovated rooms. Short walk into the main town. Customer service was great and all the special touches were appreciated eg. Treats for our dog, wine and nibbles in the afternoon, shuttle into town for dinner, Lovely breakfast etc. We are always warmly welcomed there and we always look forward to our next visit.

One of our best stays at Niagara-on-the-Lake is the Harbour House Inn. Ideally located on a quiet corner, you're just a few steps from the Niagara River and a short hop to the heart of NOTL with its shops, restaurants, and theaters. Our stay was a testament to comfort and luxury. The accommodations at the Harbour House Inn were not just beautiful, but also featured all the amenities one could ask for. The staff, always professional and attentive, were quick to cater to our every need, making us feel truly pampered. A delicious breakfast and afternoon wine tasting only added to the experience. The inn exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The attentive and friendly staff contributed to our very enjoyable stay at Harbour House. This is a quiet, well maintained property and, as described, a convenient walk away from the shops and restaurants on Queen St. Our room was clean, comfortable and more than ample size for us. The included breakfast was tasty and a good start the day. Harbour House is our preferred choice when we return to NOTL.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Harbour Hotel. The location is perfect! The neighbourhood is so quaint, peaceful and quiet. Walkable to the path along the river and to the town where there’s a lot of cute shops. The staff are super friendly, warm, inviting, and accommodating. The morning breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great variety! The room we stayed in is so quaint and romantic with a nice layout, lots of natural light, and a beautiful view of the harbour and the skyline. We are so pleased with our choice!

My sister in law, myself and 2 friends had a 1 night stay 21Mar24 and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. I'm not sure how anyone could have issue with a stay here, I've been here a few times and have enjoyed every stay with all needs met. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds (they do not have rooms with 2 queen beds so king beds are separated into 2 singles), strong hot showers, quiet rooms with no outside noise getting in (lovely!) Staff are everything you could want or need, friendly, professional and concerned about taking care of you. Although in good weather its walkable from HH to restaurants and downtown, the shuttle is awesome (Bruce!) for bad weather times or "I want to have a few drinks" times🤪. Breakfast was delicious and more than expected, (my one suggestion would be switching out one or two of the white carb products for a couple whole grain items), and the ladies serving there are the morning sunshine we all need. Would recommend and will come again, thanks HH!
