The attentive and friendly staff contributed to our very enjoyable stay at Harbour House. This is a quiet, well maintained property and, as described, a convenient walk away from the shops and restaurants on Queen St. Our room was clean, comfortable and more than ample size for us. The included breakfast was tasty and a good start the day. Harbour House is our preferred choice when we return to NOTL.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Harbour Hotel. The location is perfect! The neighbourhood is so quaint, peaceful and quiet. Walkable to the path along the river and to the town where there’s a lot of cute shops. The staff are super friendly, warm, inviting, and accommodating. The morning breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great variety! The room we stayed in is so quaint and romantic with a nice layout, lots of natural light, and a beautiful view of the harbour and the skyline. We are so pleased with our choice!

My sister in law, myself and 2 friends had a 1 night stay 21Mar24 and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. I'm not sure how anyone could have issue with a stay here, I've been here a few times and have enjoyed every stay with all needs met. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds (they do not have rooms with 2 queen beds so king beds are separated into 2 singles), strong hot showers, quiet rooms with no outside noise getting in (lovely!) Staff are everything you could want or need, friendly, professional and concerned about taking care of you. Although in good weather its walkable from HH to restaurants and downtown, the shuttle is awesome (Bruce!) for bad weather times or "I want to have a few drinks" times🤪. Breakfast was delicious and more than expected, (my one suggestion would be switching out one or two of the white carb products for a couple whole grain items), and the ladies serving there are the morning sunshine we all need. Would recommend and will come again, thanks HH!

We first visited this hotel 18 years ago and had been back several times but not in 12 or so years. It was our "go to" for boutique luxury in Niagara. Not anymore, not much has changed since our last visit. Paid for one of the larger rooms but it was in dire need of updating. Cheap laminate floors, garbage/recycle bins just up against the wall and the 80's bathroom with the shell sink and the pre-fab plastic shower. Internet was terrible. This was the last stop of our 10 day road trip and it really missed the mark. Service was friendly but not outstanding.

What an absolute hidden gem in Niagara-on-the-Lake!!! Hubby and I just had a 1 night stay and we definitely will be returning!! All the little extras truly is what makes Harbor House stand out!!! The cookies at check in..the wine and cheese social...free shuttle..and friendliest staff made this a special memory for hubby and I....thank you Harbor House...you're doing it right!!!
