The hotel room was spacious. Food was excellent. Thank you to Rudy that provided excellent service during our dinner. There were a couple of shortfalls with the hotel. Significant issue with shower. Handle was broken and no hot water. Kettle was provided in the room but no tea was provided. Difficult to locate room in the cottage, more signage would be helpful. Hopefully these are areas where improvement will occur.

Great stay at the DockMasters suite at Queens Landing hotel. Large room with separate living area and bedroom; bonus - it’s dog friendly!

We just returned from a 2 night stay at Queen’s Landing and it was the best ever. This was our 8th stay and this was the first time we chose a suite. We were in Suite 280 and it was beautiful. From this point forward we will only book a suite. We had a separate sleeping space from our living area. Beautifully appointed comfortable furniture, chandeliers, 2 flat screen tvs, 2 bathrooms, the bed was amazing and loved the natural light coming from the windows as well as the water view. We used the hot tub and pool as well and to finish the evening out we had a quiet intimate delicious dinner at the Bacchus Lounge. But what really stood out, above and beyond is the staff who are very attentive to your needs, courteous, pleasant and professional. We have already booked another stay in the spring. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so memorable.

WOW! Want to feel like royalty? Come to Queens Landing by Vintage Hotels. Some of their incredible staff that we had the honour of working with: Lily (GM), Kelly (Tiara Restaurant), Gerry (Tiara Restaurant), Kelly (Conferences), Paula (Conferences), Bev (Events), Peggy (Events), Cynthia (Housekeeping). Their facilities and atmosphere are out of this world amazing. The rooms were gorgeous and clean, really something. You can really see the attention to detail from the Hello when you walk in, to the flower on your bed at the end of the evening. Everything was truly fantastic! Our 216 guests loved the amenities and service. Thank you all for such an incredible staff function.

The evening went downhill from the start. The write up said the band would be playing while dinner was being severed, they didn't, in fact the band was bad, the sound system was not suitable for the room. The band started late and when they did they didn't sing well and on top of that they took so many breaks, the people were just getting up to the dance floor they they would go for another break. The dinner started late and the food tasted 2 out of five, because the food was late the 11pm second eating was too close to when the first dinner was finished no one was hungry. I know Queens Landing can do a better new years gala as they had one last new years and it was a great evening.
