As the event coordinator for the annual marriage conference hosted by FamilyLife Canada at Queen’s Landing Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, I had a very positive experience working with the hotel’s management and staff team. From the initial planning stages through to the execution of the event, the working relationship was professional, efficient, and highly collaborative. The event manager, Peggy Cernick, was excellent to work with and played a key role in ensuring the conference ran smoothly. She was highly organized, proactive, and attentive throughout the entire process. Peggy was not only very engaged during the planning stages, but she was also present and supportive on-site during the event itself. On the day she was not on-site, she ensured a smooth transition by providing a list of her support team members who were available to assist if needed. Other members of the office team, Paul Kurek and Kelly Baranik, were also very helpful and responsive on-site during the event. Their support and willingness to assist whenever needed contributed to the smooth flow of the conference and helped ensure that everything was handled efficiently. The catering team was professional and attentive throughout the conference. Myles, the supervisor, ensured meals for our team in the office were delivered on time and accommodated allergy preferences. The team tailored their service to the needs of our group and remained flexible when adjustments were required. Overall, the partnership with the team at Queen’s Landing Hotel helped make the annual FamilyLife Canada marriage conference a well-organized and successful event.

Our stay at Queen’s Landing was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. It wasn’t just great service — it was the thoughtful little details that truly stood out. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and personal, making our stay feel extra special. The restaurants are beautiful and the food was outstanding — every meal felt like a fine dining experience. The atmosphere, presentation, and quality of the dishes were all top-tier. The location is perfect — within easy walking distance to town and local amenities — and the convenient shuttle service made getting around effortless. The pool and spa facilities were immaculate, clean, and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Queen’s Landing delivers elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Top notch exceptional stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. We had dinner in the Bacchus Lounge and had a delicious steak dinner and one of the best bruschetta flatbed we have ever had. I really enjoyed the pool and my husband could have stayed in the hot tub forever. Exceptional all the way around. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back. The front desk staff was amazing as well and Cici provided TOP NOTCH customer service. Loved everything about our stay Lynn Droy

We are delighted to return to NOTL during the winter months and stay at the Vintage properties. Since the late 1990s, my husband and I stayed at the Pillar and Post and the Prince of Wales. For the past decade, we call Queen's Landing our go-to R&R resrt. Their warm smiles and above-and-beyond helpful service leave us feeling pampered. We frequently use their large swimming pool, hot tub and sauna to soak away the winter blues and we always leave feeling rejuvenated. Each time we return from a delicious meal at Tiara or Cannery restaurants, we always soak in the hot tub and let it's jets exercise our tired muscles. There is a well equipped exercise room which we don't use; let's face it, we're lazy. We have purchased many gift accommodations for our family and friends over the years because we genuinely want others to similarily have that pampered experience at Queen's Landing. - Barbara and Hal
