Booked this Fabulous Deluxe King room for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and it did not disappoint, from check in, drinks on the patio, visit to the library, to quiet walk around the immaculate grounds, everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay! The gentleman at the desk during our visit even gave us some advice on places to visit while in town and the even supplied a shuttle ride to & from the hotel if needed. Room was excellent and exactly as described online. Highly recommend for your stay in NOTL.

We came for the Shaw Festival (couldn't be closer!). Our last stay at Queens Landing was almost 10 years ago. The room was wonderful, the lounge a respite and the service kind, helpful and personal. Even though the hotel was busy (2 weddings!) we slept very well with hardly any noise from the hallway or outside. The setting was perfect for a quick morning run along the river path and a stroll on the main street. We already plan to stay for longer next time.

We hosted a corporate conference for 60 people at Queens Landing from August 18 - 21 and had a fantastic experience. The venue was beautiful, the rooms were clean and the food / service was excellent. Everything ran seamlessly throughout our 4 day event. A special thank you to our coordinator, Kelly Baranik, who was incredible to work with from the planning stages throughout the event itself. She is the most positive person you will meet, organized, responsive and accommodating. Kelly made sure every detail was taken care of. Peggy and Paul were also fantastic and went above and beyond throughout the week to ensure our group was well looked after and everything ran smoothly. Hosting a multi day corporate event for 60 people, involves a lot of moving pieces and the Queens Landing team made the entire experience feel easy and effortless. We would absolutely recommend Queens Landing for corporate conference and events!

We stayed in the Dock Master Suite which is in a lovely cottage separate from the hotel in the middle of August 2026. We had little sleep during the 2 nights we were there due to the other visitors in the room above up all night stomping around. We had a beautiful private outdoor area with seating and a picnic table that we wished to use for our visiting company but it had not been cleaned in quite a while (inches thick with droppings from the trees above). We called front desk and asked for the area to be cleaned up at 10 am. We told them that we were expecting family to visit for brunch and we wanted to use the space. At $600+ per night one would expect the space to be groomed and ready for use in the middle of the summer season but unfortunately it was not. We called again to the front desk around 11:30 am and we arrived back to the hotel with our company just before 1pm and the area had still not been addressed. We ended up entertaining in our room (which we had hoped to avoid) and the staff finally addressed the area around 3pm (seconds before a big rain storm and long after our brunch ended). The hotel also lost our reservation and took 25 minutes finding it (we booked direct with the hotel not a 3rd party). We also found some of the restaurant staff quite arrogant and not friendly at all. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect for visiting NOTL and we hope this is a one-off-experience. If the Dock master Suite is available in the future we will give it anther try as it was a great location and perfect if you are travelling with dogs as we do.

Nice hotel. Very clean. We travel with our doggo so his review is as follows: Great walking area though could benefit a designated ‘ fidos area’ with waste disposal. As a seasoned traveller, I am surprised there was no goody bag when I arrived, which generally includes a welcome note, treats, poop bags and sometimes other surprises! The 2 bottles of water were appreciated. The room passed my thorough inspection, which is not easy. There was no scent or reminder from any previous pets- which is very important. The location was super, very few stairs and well lit!
