I recently planned a conference at Queen’s Landing for a group of 100 people, and I have nothing but exceptional things to say about the entire experience. The event ran seamlessly from start to finish, thanks to the outstanding team I had the pleasure of working with. Peggy Cernick, our Conference Services Manager, was absolutely incredible. I loved working with her, she was on top of every detail, proactive, organized, and always brought such a positive energy. She made my job so much easier. Paul Kurek from Conference Services was equally fantastic. He ensured every meeting room was set exactly as requested and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. His support played a huge role in keeping the event running smoothly. Paula Pinilla, Special Events Manager, was a delight to collaborate with. She helped me put together a beautiful event at Big Head Wines with ease and professionalism. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make our group feel welcome. The location, guest rooms, food and beverage, meeting spaces, and hotel amenities were all top‑notch. It was truly a memorable event from beginning to end. I highly recommend Queen’s Landing for your next corporate event, the service, the team, and the experience are exceptional. Thank you!

Great stay all around. Reception very welcoming. We were celebrated as having stayed many times, and even received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. Room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing on a day too cold to wander around outside. We had a bed and breakfast package, and enjoyed the buffet in the morning. Food was quite good, and server excellent. We will be back soon!

Always a pleasure to stay at Queen's landing. We first had some issues with our room but were fixed immediately by Tristan. We were given another beautiful room. The service is excellent , atmosphere is wonderful. Rudy at tiara restaurant is a favorite. He is wonderful and so attentive. They are so lucky to have him. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The hotel room was spacious. Food was excellent. Thank you to Rudy that provided excellent service during our dinner. There were a couple of shortfalls with the hotel. Significant issue with shower. Handle was broken and no hot water. Kettle was provided in the room but no tea was provided. Difficult to locate room in the cottage, more signage would be helpful. Hopefully these are areas where improvement will occur.

Great stay at the DockMasters suite at Queens Landing hotel. Large room with separate living area and bedroom; bonus - it’s dog friendly!
