Stayed with our Doggo
Nice hotel. Very clean. We travel with our doggo so his review is as follows: Great walking area though could benefit a designated ‘ fidos area’ with waste disposal. As a seasoned traveller, I am surprised there was no goody bag when I arrived, which generally includes a welcome note, treats, poop bags and sometimes other surprises! The 2 bottles of water were appreciated. The room passed my thorough inspection, which is not easy. There was no scent or reminder from any previous pets- which is very important. The location was super, very few stairs and well lit!

Comfortable luxury
The Queen's Landing is a lovely place to stay! Quiet, beautiful, and comfortable. Close to the Shaw Festival Theater and a short walk to all of old town Niagara on the lake. Great choice of dining experiences and good food. We are repeat customers, and highly recommend this hotel.

Hoping for a return visit
Just a lovely relaxing time. A beautiful room..appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine awaiting in ice and a congratulatory note. Very friendly staff at all levels. Delicious dinner in their restaurant.Great service..Lucas. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Only complaint being…we only booked one night.

Outstanding Service and a Flawlessly Executed Group Experience
We recently brought a group to Queen’s Landing through EPIX Travels, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Kelly Baranik was outstanding to work with. She was attentive, organized, responsive, and incredibly easy to collaborate with throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly played a major role in the success of our program. Our guests had a wonderful time and were extremely impressed with the service, hospitality, and overall execution. The experience reflected very well on both our company and our client, Yale University. Kelly and Natasha were tremendous assets, and the entire Queen’s Landing team made our group feel welcome and well cared for. We received rave reviews from our travelers, and several of our other clients are now interested in offering a similar program. We will absolutely return to Queen’s Landing with future groups and look forward to working with Kelly, Natasha, and the rest of the team again. Highly recommended for group programs, events, and special gatherings.
