The evening went downhill from the start. The write up said the band would be playing while dinner was being severed, they didn't, in fact the band was bad, the sound system was not suitable for the room. The band started late and when they did they didn't sing well and on top of that they took so many breaks, the people were just getting up to the dance floor they they would go for another break. The dinner started late and the food tasted 2 out of five, because the food was late the 11pm second eating was too close to when the first dinner was finished no one was hungry. I know Queens Landing can do a better new years gala as they had one last new years and it was a great evening.

Our weekend getaway was absolutely delightful. The reception was efficient and friendly. The garden walk was picturesque with the added bonus of the ice rink, snacks and beverages. The Christmas decor was elegant and tasteful throughout. The Tiara dining hall had a picture perfect ambiance, The three course dinner was commendable. The octopus calabrese was excellent. The desserts were delicious and artistically displayed. The only thing that could have been done better was the temperature of the prime rib dinner. The meat was on the colder side making its consumption below expectations.

We have stayed at Queens Landing a few time. We love everything about it. It’s basically 5 stars on almost every level. The rooms are big and comfortable, the beds are great. The staff is very welcoming and very helpful. The shuttle service is truly an added bonus. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the Christmas dinner. My wife and I both felt it was closer to banquet quality food than true restaurant quality. The atmosphere and the service at dinner were both great, food could have been better.

Our stay at Queen’s Landing was absolutely flawless from start to finish. If you are looking for a true 5-star experience, this is it! Why We Loved It: • The Atmosphere: The building itself is breathtakingly regal. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you've been transported to a grander era. • World-Class Dining: We had dinner at Tiara Restaurant, and the food was spectacular. Every dish was prepared to perfection. • Exceptional Service: The staff here is phenomenal. A special shout-out to Vallegette in service—they were wonderful, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. • The Little Details: One of our favorite highlights was the superior turndown service. Coming back to a pristine room with delicious cookies and treats every night was such a thoughtful touch. • Cleanliness: Our rooms were spotless and maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. Everything about this hotel is top-tier. We can’t wait to return!

This is our second visit in NOTL this year and we are so glad we came back to Queen’s Landing! This stunning property never ever disappoints. The room was beautiful and quiet, with a nice view and warm and cosy! The turn down service with the refreshments, fresh towels and the rose is great. We had the dinner package and the breakfast package again, and thank goodness we did that! It is such an amazing deal and saves you quiet a bit of money. It was wonderful to see Tristan again, he is always so attentive and so much fun! The highlight of the day was seeing Arthur for breakfast in the morning at Tiara. We always ask for Arthur and love how he takes care of us. The day he was off, Gerry took care of us and he was great! It is so phenomenal to be taken care of this way and start the day like this. Kelly welcomes you at the entrance of Tiara like royalty and really makes you feel this way. We had the pleasure of meeting Enrico one evening, I believe he takes care of the restaurant and bar and he must be the sommelier. What a fantastic human and professional. There was a bit of a mess up but the way he dealt with it and immediately took care of everything, he really seemed to have had a magic wand and make it all better in seconds. It was a pleasure to meet you Enrico! And thank you to Peter for taking care of us one evening for dinner! In a nutshell, we simply dream about coming back! The property looked beautiful for Christmas and so immaculate and welcoming! It never ever disappoints! Thank you!
