Queens Landing at NOTL is a beautiful place, inside and out! Great location, wonderful views and friendly staff. My husband and I loved it, definitely would recommend!

We spent three days and two nights in June. The premises, food and staff were very good. Our only complaint was the bed. The mattress was horrible! It sank on one side and made terrible noises. My wife and I did not sleep well at all! When I called down to the front desk I was told by Management they could do nothing. But remove the topper hopefully it would help. It did not! No one followed up and we gave up. This is supposed to men a luxury Hotel but it did not meet our expectation.

Loved my stay at Queen's Landing. The location is perfectly convenient to walk to the cute little main strip of Niagara-on-the-Lake to shop, eat, tour around. It would be a great location if you were seeing at play since the theatre is just down the street in walking distance as well. Very close to some wineries as well. The room was perfectly clean, well decorated and comfortable - I loved the scent of the toiletries they provide! The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a complimentary set of chocolates for our anniversary upon check in - such a nice touch! I wish my stay was longer so I could have explored more and used the amenities but for an overnight staycation it was perfection.

The accommodations were exquisite; the room outstanding. The hotel catered an off-site event of 1,000 people for our conference and the food and staff were top shelf. Sr. Conference Planner Peggy Cernick outdid herself. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

While the hotel experience and food was very good the room mattress was horrible. We stayed two nights but my wife and I did not sleep well at all. It sunk on one side and made loud creaking noise If you moved. I did contact management but was advised nothing could be done. For a luxury hotel I expected more and this is not acceptable. We’ve stayed and the other two Vintage hotels with no issues.
