True luxury in NOTL
Yes, the Queens Landing Hotel is truly one of the premier establishments at Niagara-on-the-Lake. When they promise luxury, the hotel delivers. It’s abeautiful facility. The staff is very hospitable, welcoming, and friendly throughout your stay. The rooms are most comfortable. The service is excellent, and the hotel restaurant, La Regina, is also outstanding. Five stars for The Queens Landing Hotel. Highly recommended.

Dockmaster house room!
Beautiful hotel! We stayed in a bottom level suite of the dockmaster house which is an incredibly well restored historic building. Privacy along with all the hotel amenities! A complimentary shuttle saves you having to walk to town but it’s less than a 10min walk anyway. The patio was beautiful for a drink but the breakfast room service was overpriced and cold.

Great birthday and anniversary
Excellent staff at front desk (Stephanie) and all the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They made dinner reservations and arranged for driver to drop off and pick up.

Beautiful Place!
Queens Landing at NOTL is a beautiful place, inside and out! Great location, wonderful views and friendly staff. My husband and I loved it, definitely would recommend!

Bad mattress.
We spent three days and two nights in June. The premises, food and staff were very good. Our only complaint was the bed. The mattress was horrible! It sank on one side and made terrible noises. My wife and I did not sleep well at all! When I called down to the front desk I was told by Management they could do nothing. But remove the topper hopefully it would help. It did not! No one followed up and we gave up. This is supposed to men a luxury Hotel but it did not meet our expectation.
