This member of Vintage Inns resides in the historic village of Niagara-on-the-Lake, less than two hours outside Toronto in Ontario, Canada. I can't say enough good things about Queen's Landing/Vintage Hotels and their entire professional team. Our work event over two and a half days was a resounding success, from check in to check out and everything in between. The hotel rooms are beautiful, the conference/banquet rooms are beautiful, all with a homey, comfortable feel. But it's the people there that made it the best! Big thanks to Cari-Beth Kernahan, Corporate Sales Manager; Peggy Cernick, Sr. Conference Services Manager; Paul Kurik, Conference Operations Manager and their entire team (Kelly, Corey, Myles, Paula, Enrico, Chef - sorry if I've missed anyone). They really know what they are doing! Thanks also to Chris Hildebrand and his Encore team (Reese, Edgar) for keeping our presentations up and running. We'll definitely keep you in mind for our next business retreat. And personal retreats as well. Thank you all again!

I hosted an international research symposium at Queens Landing for an elite group, all experienced with these types of conferences in different parts of the world. Each and every one were supremely impressed not just with the property, its facilities and its upkeep, but also with the professionalism, competence, and friendliness of the staff. The dining and lounge areas are top-class - clean, comfortable and with much character. We all felt the quality, range and taste of the food, combined with the service, was truly outstanding. Peggy Cernik is a truly outstanding conference services manager and it was pleasure to work with her. She anticipated my needs drawing from her experience, sometimes before I realized them and went above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience. This was the first time we organized this symposium in Canada, and the first time I used this property. It is safe to say, I could not have made a better choice. Will definitely come back.

We’ve been to this hotel 5 times since 2023 and have stayed in the lakeview king suite, 1 bedroom suite and the last two times in the Royal Suite. The Royal Suite is our favourite. The room is clean and well appointed. One time we came for our anniversary and there was a card of well wishes and a bottle of wine. The front desk staff are very nice and always willing to help. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the main strip. We’ve stayed at the Prince of Wales and the Riverbend Inn, but they’re not as good as Queen’s Landing.

So many times, especially in business, "thank yous" are left unspoken, good work goes unacknowledged and superlative service is taken for granted - lost in the efforts to meet deadlines, complete projects etc. To that end, I cannot thank Peggie Cernick and Paul Kurek, our hosts at Queen's Landing enough. The endless support and professionalism that they continually demonstrate in the services that they provide were amazing. As you know, offsite meetings are an integral part of a company’s operations, making hotel arrangements a critical component of our logistical planning. Dealing with a hotel that truly understands the importance of this and ensures that every detail is attended to, regardless of last-minute changes, makes these arrangements seamless and stress free. I sincerely appreciate the time, effort and care that Peggy and Paul put into our booking as well as their positive attitudes. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I look forward to continuing our business relationship.

I was the coordinator of a 110-person corporate retreat at Queen's Landing. Before even arriving, I had a really smooth and easy time planning the event with the Queens Landing staff, who were incredibly detail-oriented, supportive and thorough. I knew the retreat was going to be a success, and felt really supported by Queens Landing the entire time. We took full advantage of the facilities at the hotel, including hotel rooms, catering and their Grand Georgian and Imperial ballrooms. We were absolutely floored by the professionalism and preparedness of the staff, the cleanliness of the space (ballroom, restaurant, pool, gym, etc.), and the quality of the rooms and catering. Everyone had a fantastic time! I would absolutely plan another event at Queens Landing, and would highly recommend them to host your large-group event.
