Reviews for Queen's Landing
The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The location was very poor as it was near the elevator & above the main entrance. At night the outdoor spotlights shone into the room. The door was not sound proof & people having general conversation outside the door could be easily heard. The staff were very friendly & the food & service at the Tiara restaurant was excellent .Our waiter Rudy was pleasant, knowledgeable & friendly. Avoid room 250. Due to the problems related to the room’s location the room should be offered at a discount. We won’t return.

Dinner with the winter escape was incredible. We upgraded to the ribeye dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server Rose was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely come back for our next special occasion!!
Have been here before and honestly it’s time they updated (in particular the furniture) the rooms and maybe include a mini-fridge. We did really enjoy the main dining room, food was delicious and Rudy, our waiter was excellent.. Very quiet room and very comfortable king size bed with fireplace.
Wonderful hotel. The room was first class. The fireplace heated it quickly and significantly (we had to turn it off eventually), and the bed was so comfortable. Even had good pillows, and I don't usually like the pillows at a hotel. There is a terrific pool, heated and clean. The hot tub is special, and the sauna is pretty large. The restaurant is very nice, but we didn't eat there during this visit; they were booked. But the last time we at there, it was excellent. Instead, we stopped at the bar of a drink before we left for dinner, Very nice bar/sitting room. Great, comfy chairs! There is a shuttle that will take you to, and pick you up from, virtually any place in NOTL. Great option, so we could drink wine and not have to worry about driving. They upgraded us to a nicer room when checking in, just because my wife was excited about staying there. How nice was that? They didn't need to do that... The price is reasonable during offseason. It will jump significantly during summer, and we probably can't afford it then.

We had a great time. Tastefully appointed hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, nice fitness area. All hotel employees were nice and helpful in every way. Tiara Restaurant was exceptional. We would return without hesitation!
