Reviews for Queen's Landing
The Hotel and amenities are great, but what made the experience even better is dining in the Tiara Restaurant. Our waiter Rudy made it the ultimate experience. I had taken a friend there for her 75th birthday and she was delighted with the everything. She was treated like Queen for a Day. The entire time was very special

On behalf of our company, my team and I planned and off-site conference at the Queen's Landing Hotel. The guest accommodations, conference rooms, food and beverage service, and friendly staff met all of our expectations. Thanks to Laura and Peggy, the planning process and execution was seamless. Both contacts were very patient and accommodating to any issues we stumbled upon. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, has calming guest rooms, and is located right on the water (a couple blocks away from the main strip). As a detail-oriented person, I was impressed with the presentation of each highlighted food/beverage service, and even more so when I opened my hotel door to find the daily newspaper at my doorstep. The hotel staff, specifically Peggy and Laura, went above and beyond to satisfy all our needs and ensure we had a pleasurable experience. Thank you to the Queen's Landing Hotel for a successful conference.

As the pool was under repair and couldn't be used the days we were there, it was a bit nervy charging a "resort fee" of $15/day for use of the "resort facilities". Week-end brunch buffet was a zoo, with lots of guests waiting 20 minutes to get an omelet from one befuddled "chef". The rooms were no better than a Hilton.

A two block walk to town! Lovely accommodations, quiet, excellent staff and a pleasant decor. Walking distance to the fort, wineries and the beautiful path along the river. Short drive to Niagara Falls. Wonderful to stay and explore this quaint town with interesting shops and wonderful restaurants.

On Thanksgiving weekend we had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Queens Landing hotel and I couldn't have been happier. From the moment we booked our venue with them, the staff have been knowledgeable, helpful and fully available for all the details. Rikki Green was our appointed wedding co-ordinator and was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process. She was also graciously present for my entire day there and helped everything to go smoothly. I so appreciate you Rikki; I know you did a lot of work that day and I am so grateful.
