Wonderful place with wonderful people, kind-hearted staff and noble service. Loved the bikes for each villa and the design of the hotel is breathtaking. The spa is also a wonder! from massage to therapy such as meditation and beauty treatments. The Vietnamese buffet was probably my favourite dinner of all! The traditional music and the E.T movie projection facing the beach and the glow of the moon. The hiking was fantastic and unforgettable. Wonderful people work there, you are amazing and we still miss you.

Amazing place. We were at the beach villa and all aspects of our stay were perfect - including our gem of a GEM - Mr. Tri! At every moment we felt more then welcomed. Breakfast was great....water beautiful...all our activities were well organized and pleasurable. Highly recommended.

Six Sense Ninh Van Bay is a perfect place to get away from hustling and bustling cities. I spent 3 nights here with my family. We stayed in “Water Pool Villa” as I love swimming. The private plunge pool setting into the rocks, faces to the front beach. I love the feeling that waking up with sea view, it’s really amazing. All details in the room are spectacular! Thanks to the staff’s great attention, we had an memorable trip and we will definitely come back next time!

Everything was generally okay as nice scenery, good rooms, delicious foods, interesting entertainment activities... But it was a pity that some staffs at the coral dive counter and at the restaurant who had behaved unprofessionally. Besides, it was rained during our 3-day stay here, so we could not go around the hotel by bicycle. If there is an occasion, we will come here in the future.

We enjoyed a 7 night Luxury Escapes package here in Hilltop Villa 7 with all the trimmings. Whilst we were very happy with the room & most aspects of the resort we just couldn't get past the ridiculously long & tedious walk along a path through the rocks which certainly impacted our ability to enjoy this holiday to the full. We have seen reviews on Trip Advisor before complaining about long & arduous walks between the restaurants & rooms & have dismissed them as being not applicable to us. We are a reasonably fit couple & have no problems with a long walk especially when there is such a beautiful view at the end of it. If you are lucky enough to be allocated Hilltop 7, 8 or 9 then look out. We were in #7 (8 & 9 are further away) & we just couldn't believe the trek to get there. All rooms are allocated bikes which is a really nice way to get around the bay. Somehow both directions seem to be downhill so getting to the main restaurant (which was at the opposite end of the bay) was an easy ride. Since the property is completely surrounded by hills there is simply nowhere else to go unless you're into serious hiking. One benefit was the privacy & we managed to improve the view by asking for the trees in front to be trimmed which gave us a commanding view of the entire bay. The bike path ends at steps leading to a series of paths through the rocks & over bridges which lead to several Hilltop & Rock Villas located in this part of the resort. Presumably the Rock Villas have alternate access by water but if you're in a Hilltop Villa the only option is the long walk. During our stay it was very hot so even our pool was like a warm bath offering little refreshment at journey's end. Anyway enough about that but we were very surprised by this poor access for such a high standard resort & can only warn potential visitors that, for some, this could present a health risk apart from any other implications. Overall we enjoyed our time here. The food was excellent (new Aussie Chef from Melbourne) & we really loved our room (lucky - because we did feel a bit trapped). Any potential visitors should realise that there is really not much to do here apart from relaxing. The beach is nice but the sand is very coarse & difficult to walk on & the main pool is set back from the beach & quite disappointing for a resort of this standard. In our time it was not well utilised except by families with small kids & we didn't use it at all. The daily activities which were included in our package were good - especially the private beach picnic & evening cruise. We felt guilty ordering anything to be delivered to our room because of the long walk for the staff. Don't ever get a job in housekeeping here! We loved the breakfasts (get a table under a ceiling fan), crazy pool table & cocktails in various locations. We did enjoy our time here but we would urge the management to address room access. It's not appropriate for this standard property but, more importantly, it's not safe. In our case we managed the walk to & fro but would have appreciated at least a warning prior to arrival. What would have happened if we weren't reasonably fit?
