We had the most amazing time at Amanoi. The Residence had an incredible pool, living areas were spacious and private. Perfect for family. But what impressed us the most was impeccable service and the attention to details - hair tie in the shower, frequent room tidying, swapping out pillows for my MIL without us even asking as they noticed she didn’t sleep on it. Nothing was amiss and nothing was too difficult and last minute for the team to handle. Shoutout to Tran and Tony who were super friendly, accomodating and helpful.

Above the rest and extra mile hospitality from Amanoi! This Aman property is blessed to have these people Nhi, Vy, Lam, Anh, Truck, Han, Hieu, Ubai, Oriane and Trinh. They were warm, genuine and kindhearted. The view of Amanoi is breathtaking. Amenities were all great. Overall, our experience is rated 10/10. Keep it up Aman Team!!!

First class service. We stayed at the Amanoi for 5 days, I can’t really find fault. Worth every single penny. The staff are extremely professional and well trained. The food is of a quality not customary in a hotel setting, every single dish had 10/10 technique. Congratulations to Joy and Doris for running the place with such high standards. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Amanoi over 3 nights and it turned out to be one of the most memorable. Not often we come to a new place and be totally at ease in knowing that everything is taken care of by a team of passionate professionals who know exactly what is best for us. This is about trust and the consistent vibe that you build from interactions with each individual. My congratulation to Joy and her team, in cultivating this culture at Amanoi. We could feel the passion, confidence, and positivity from each staff we encountered and those who had worked so hard at the background like house keeping and the ground maintenance teams. We appreciate the tremendous effort and obsession for perfection involved in making things look effortlessly beautiful and seamless. There is a network of talented people working together. The informed advice to change to cycling from the boat ride or to move our anniversary dinner indoor at the Rock Studio due to the windy weather was spot on and we had benefited greatly. We also enjoyed the waterfall hike and visit to a local family; they’re memorable experiences. To return to our villa after dinner, with the sundown service when the rose petals were tastefully and so generously decorated in our room, and when the temperature of the water in our bath was just right; this is execution at perfection. It’s not often one would remember so many names from a trip but we did: • Nhi, Doris, and Trinh - the front desk, • Son - our cycling guide, • Kheim - looking after us at our anniversary dinner • Dinning area: Suong, Lam, Tam, and Linh, • Huy - cocktail bar • Hai - waterfall guide Amanoi indeed is truly a peaceful place.

We have been looking forward to staying at Amanoi for a while, and it certainly did not disappoint. From the beautifully designed facilities, comprehensive offerings and unparalleled service, Amanoi exceeded our expectations and delivered quite a memorable experience. ACCOMMODATIONS The hotel is located within a UNESCO heritage site and embraces the natural landscape. We booked the three-night Wellness Package and stayed in the one-bedroom lake view wellness villa. The villas are surrounded by greenery and felt very private. Our villa was very well designed with an understated elegance and great attention to detail, and it was hard not to just stay inside the entire time. The villa has its own private pool, jacuzzi and treatment rooms which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. OFFERINGS Amanoi had plenty of offerings that cater to those seeking different experiences. As part of the wellness package, we took advantage of Amanoi’s spa services every day. The massages and facials were incredibly rejuvenating. The spa team was fantastic and made us feel pampered. Apart from the spa treatments, Amanoi also offers plenty of other activities. During our stay, we opted for a brief cycling tour through the surrounding villages which was a nice excursion. One of the highlights was the cooking class where we learned how to make authentic beef pho and coconut palm heart salad with Chef Bao. It was a fun experience, and will certainly be making the dishes at home. As for the food, Amanoi offers plenty of variety from local Vietnamese dishes to international options. Everything we had was delicious. We would highly recommend going to the afternoon tea and trying their savory rice cakes. SERVICE Last but not least, the level of service at Amanoi was first class. Ms. Nhi and her team made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. As soon as we arrived in the airport, we were greeted by a hotel representative to guide us through immigration and customs. The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, we were introduced to the team who made us feel very much at home. Our personal guide during our stay, Hoang, went above and beyond taking care of all of our needs during our stay. Every time we went back to our villa, it was always cleaned and organized, and the team would leave us our favorite treats and refreshments. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating which made our stay memorable.
