The 1 Hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The location is walking distance to the Embarcadero and many restaurants. Our room was large and the furniture very comfortable. The room layout was excellent and the separate areas allowed us not to feel like we were in a crowded space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my first stay at 1Hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The comforts of luxury, sustainability, immaculate throughout, aromatic relaxing scent everywhere. All of it immediately dialed it down for me. Staff’s warm and helpful willingness to go the extra mile to make me feel pampered. A special shout out to Shawna and Mary for their extra attention to detail in making my stay a memorable one in seeing to it that my stay was flawless from arrival to checkout! Kelly was wonderful in assuring my comfort was accommodating to me and my little fur baby, as I travel with my Pomeranian. Kelly inquired on my needs to assure a seamless stay- which it was. My Pom was greeted and welcomed as much as her human ;). A classy staff with warmth offering top-notch service, great management by Shawna and Mary. 1Hotel is a gem that will become my place on my future trips to San Francisco. Its breathtaking waterfront view overlooking the bridge with the spectacular sunrise is a memory all wrapped up in a most amazing hotel experience here at 1Hotel San Francisco. An outstanding experience. I live locally in Rincon Hill and this is by far the best massage in the area (I’ve tried them all). The staff is lovely, the rooms are quiet and the bed is incredibly comfortable. They take their time and make the experience extraordinary. I passed out it was so good. Absolutely 10/10 recommend.

Chrystal was great, the accommodations were excellent and the rest of the staff were absolutely elegant! I requested a deep tissue massage and had to request her to ease up on her pressure, which hasn’t happened with me before in the bay area. Definitely an excellent place for those looking for deep tissue work!

Gorgeous hotel across from Ferry building where you can grab quick bites, across from Saturday Farmers Market! 12 min walk to Chinatown? Exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. Beautiful king room on third floor. Loved the free chauffeur that takes you to anywhere across a 2 mile radius ( tip them well of course). Concierge ( I wish I remembered her name) was a delight! The Japandi style decor is amazing. Will def stay here again and ty to amazing staff. You guys rock!!
