Located only 75 minutes South of Montreal, Manoir Hovey is Eastern Canada’s only 5-star lakeside Relais & Chateaux property on the shores of Lake Massawippi in North Hatley, one of Quebec's most picturesque villages. What is this place ?!?! Service like this can not exist anymore
From the second u step into this property u will see the excitement of the staff to please ur every need . I have travelled the world this place is an exception to the rule it needs a special category for the food service and cleanliness of this amazing property. The food will tantalize ur every tastebuds. The service will make u feel like royalty. The spa products and technicians are simple amazing. Wow BRAVO im so upset with my self i just discovered this place i will be visiting for sure a few times a year for the rest of my life. When there is a shortage of staff the staff in the entire hotel is hustling and smiling truly u have mastered the trade with impeccable work.please i apologize for leaving a 5 star rating there was no other option but u deserve not a higher number but a special distinctive category! Truly amazing work congratulations

No wonder it’s won awards for excellent service, this was one of the best hotels/ spa/ food I’ve stayed at! Recommend 10000% & will definitely return! A MUST VISIT! The view is magnificent & the food will tantalise every taste bud! Cleanliness 🤩, grounds 🤩

A culinary delight with outstanding spa
Spent a few lovely nights in Quebec at Manoir Hovey. We enjoyed some of the best meals we have ever had - felt like being in France. The terrine that is served during breakfast along with the croissants are divine (all made in house)! We had the chance to have dinner at Le Hately as well and it exceeded our expectations - we enjoyed some nice Chartreuse cocktails and even go to try a Quebecois Iced Cider - amazing! The new spa was very relaxing and the main reason why we drove up to experience it. Really enjoyed the thermal circuit and relaxation rooms. All of the staff were truly attentive and world class - 5 stars! A very special place not to be missed.

Warm welcomes and delicious food
We enjoyed a very nice stay at Manoir Hovey. The room was warm and comfortable, staff was exceptionally welcoming, and food was outstanding. The breakfast included in our rate was both delicious and generous. Poor weather did not allow us to enjoy many amenities, but there seemed to be plenty. Looking forward to returning in warmer, sunnier weather!

Quaint little hotel in need of some updates
Great location. Charming surroundings Attentive staff and service. Food was very good but not excellent. Wonderful library/lounge. Room decor was a bit tired and uncomfortable. The restaurant menu could provide some more local fare - no crepes and maple syrup in Quebec?!

Manoir Hovey met and exceeded our highest expectations. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with French doors onto a wide verandah overlooking the lake and just above the swimming pool. One of the highlights of our stay was the meals, which were delicious, varied and impeccably served.

We loved this hotel! Service, food, accommodations and scenery at Manoir Hovey were spectacular. We traveled in May the first time and bought another package for October. Highly recommended.
