Our stay at this hotel in the Maldives was absolutely unforgettable. The setting is simply spectacular — breathtaking turquoise waters, pristine beaches and an atmosphere that truly feels like paradise. The food was outstanding, with excellent quality and a wonderful variety throughout our stay. Congratulations to the main chef! But what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and professional, always making us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. A special mention goes to Fibit, whose professionalism and friendly service stood out every time we saw her. Above all, we would like to sincerely thank Dina, our host. She was absolutely exceptional and took care of us from the very first moment until the very last, always anticipating our needs and making sure everything was perfect. She even came to say goodbye despite being outside her working hours, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. We would also like to mention Rasheed, who kept our room spotless and was always so kind and attentive. We cannot praise this hotel and, especially, its wonderful team enough. An absolute paradise made even more special by its people!

Our stay at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru was truly special. The moment we stepped onto the island, we felt so welcomed by the people at the resort. We were there for a three-generation family holiday, which can be quite a challenge because everyone has different expectations, but somehow, Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru managed to make everyone happy every single day. It is not easy to tick every single box, but they genuinely did. A very special mention to Zendi, Okta, Ahmed and Abdulla, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. No request ever felt too big, and what stood out most was how personal the service felt. They remembered what we liked, anticipated what we needed and always delivered with such warmth and excellence. We never felt like just another guest — we truly felt that we belonged. The food was another highlight. We stayed for five nights and were impressed by the variety at Madi Hiyaa and Sangu Garden, including a wonderful Maldivian buffet night. There was always something for everyone, across three generations, which made mealtime something we genuinely looked forward to. The spa experience was also one of the highlights of our trip. The massage was one of the most spectacular treatments we have ever had — the kind of experience that makes you completely switch off and forget about everything else. One of the most memorable experiences for all of us was the Yoga Day by the beach. We had the opportunity to practise together as a family with the resident wellness guru, surrounded by the sound of the ocean and the beautiful Maldivian scenery. It was such a simple but incredibly rejuvenating experience, and something we will all remember for a long time. We also took a trip over to Dhawa Ihuru, where we had an amazing time snorkeling. It was such a beautiful addition to our stay and gave us the chance to experience another side of the Maldivian islands. But ultimately, what made Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru stand out for us was the people. The island itself is beautiful, the food is wonderful and the experiences are memorable, but it was the genuine warmth and care from the team that made this holiday feel so special. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Zendi, Okta, Ahmed and Abdulla, for taking such wonderful care of our family. We left feeling incredibly well looked after, very happy, and with memories that all three generations will cherish. We would absolutely love to return.
