Our time here has been idyllic. First class staff. Excellent food and out of this world snorkelling. Our trips to meet manta rays and turtles with Layaan and Firaas were stupendous!

This island is truly a little piece of paradise. From the moment you arrive, it feels as though you leave your shoes and all your worries at the door. The island itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are exceptional, quietly ensuring that every detail is taken care of so you can completely relax. The food is delicious, with a wonderful variety and plenty of choice, making every meal something to look forward to. If you’re looking for total relaxation and a true escape from the world, this is the perfect place. This was our second visit, and it exceeded our expectations once again. We absolutely love this island and its wonderful people, and we can’t wait to return! Thank you to everyone at Banyan Tree for making our holiday so special.

A beautiful and peaceful little piece on earth and it feels like paradise. The service is really good, we just had a technical issue with the jacuzzi which was not solved within the whole stay (but we only had 2 nights). In other aspects the service and support was extraordinary. We definitely recommenced the hotel!

Rasheed has provided his services with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention. From the very first day, he intuitively understood our preferences and needs. Fresh towels, water, and every detail were always taken care of without us ever having to ask twice or offer reminders. His attentiveness and consistency were truly remarkable. Beyond his excellent work, Rasheed made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. He carries himself with warmth, respect, and quiet dedication, and it is clear he takes great pride in what he does. It is quite special to witness the natural kindness and values reflected not only in Rasheed, but in the people of the Maldives more broadly. There is an innate culture of care and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. We leave with a small pinch in our hearts, grateful for the experience and for people like Rasheed who made it so memorable. Well done, Rasheed. Quite simply, a fantastic quite tropical island with all modern amenities. Very welcoming, ALL the staff go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. Although we did see young children this is not an island I feel for them. Don’t expect orchestrated nightly entertainment. This place is ideal of relaxation. Small, intimate, private & quiet is very much at the forefront of everything. Good house reef, if you wish to rent any equipment to either scuba or snorkel? This is available. Extensive menus at both restaurants, mixed in with regular buffet style meals. As a couple we had a fantastic time. The proof of any holiday is the question, will I go back? Answer Most definitely.
