Environment: Very comfortable Room: We weren't too happy with the room assigned at first, but then Chinese housekeeper Holly moved us to Room 12, and we were really satisfied with both the ocean view and the room itself. Facilities: The staff mat check-in on the 12th said no one had lived here in ages. Our bubble bath and pool won't be available until the second day of our stay, but they were pretty nice once they did open Service: 1.The Chinese butler Holly gave us a very detailed explanation of the entire island, how to use the facilities in our room, and all the relevant information, and helped us book dinner 2.I also really appreciate the other staff member at the front desk for helping us make tha reservation when I asked about the dolphin show and confirming whether our order was a paid service and other relevant information. 2.When we went to the front desk to ask for help because our drinks hadn't arrived after several hours, they were very helpful and followed up until the drinks were finally delivered to my room 3.Every staff member in the restaurant is extremely friendly and will ask if the food tastes good and which dish is our favorite. They remember our favorite seats and preferences like good friends 4. The spa - their highly professional techniques gave my friend and me a really comfortable night's sleep and relaxation 5.Watching the dolphins - all the crew worked really hard to spot them, and when they found them, they reacted quickly to guide us where to look! The experience was amazing, and we opened champagne to celebrate on the way back 🎉

Everyone here is incredibly warm‑hearted and helps resolve my problems in a timely manner. I’m especially fond of Dinara at the front desk. She is as sweet and approachable as a little sister, very pretty and lovely. She helped me sort out my issues just like family, and she even got my phone working again. I really appreciate her!

Great experience in Maldive! Our host Holly is very nice. And this island is perfect for snorkeling, very convenient to transfer between vabbinfaru and ihuru. And staff in marien lab did a lot to protect and save the coral. Activities are great, especially the dolphin cruise and snorkeling. Our guide,Saud and Idrhm (hoping the speel is right), are very kind and professional. We saw lots of sharks, turtle and even a nurse shark giving birth! So lucky! Love everything here and definitely will come again.❤️

The island offers great privacy and such a romantic atmosphere.Holly is incredibly kind and so helpful. These few days here have been pure paradise.I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every moment!!!!

It’s a very quiet and relaxing island with fantastic vibe and “right” Maldives atmosphere. This is our 10+ times in Maldives so we have a base to compare. Banyan Tree is Banyan tree after all ❤️ Special note on Madi Hiyaa fantastic gastro-experience and Chef Leo who is a STAR. And of course our peaceful and relaxed vacation would’ve been impossible without Dinara - the best batler we ever had through our multiple visits to Maldives 5 star hotels. Dinara is not just very caring - she is special: you feel she’s your friend, not just the stuff. We are really grateful to Dinara for her genuine care ❤️
