We had a really fun and chill experience staying with them for 3D2N. Everything was seamless. Liu took care of us the whole trip. Did nurse shark snorkelling and also house reef snorkelling with their marine team Oliver, learnt so much from their reef initiatives. Lovely staffs, yummy food!!!

لقد كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة. كان الموظفون مذهلين – دائمًا متعاونين، وداعمين، ويفهمون احتياجات النزلاء جيدًا. أشكر بشكل خاص السيدة فاطمة، والسيد وحيد من القسم الإداري، وراجش من المطبخ الرئيسي، والسد سوجا من قسم تنظيف الغرف والعيادة وجميع العاملين على خدمتهم الممتازة. كانت الغرف تُنظَّف بانتظام، وقد قدّرت كثيرًا تسهيل تسجيل الوصول المبكر والمغادرة المتأخرة. كل شيء كان سلسًا ومريحًا، وبذل الموظفون جهدًا كبيرًا لجعل إقامتي ممتعة. التحسين البسيط الوحيد المطلوب هو تنفيذ مكافحة آفات دقيقة. ولكن بشكل عام، كانت تجربتي ممتازة، وكنت سعيدًا جدًا واستمتعت حقًا بإقامتي. أنصح به بشدة I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing — always helpful, supportive, and understanding of what guests needed. Special thanks to Mrs. Fatima,Waheed from administrative department & Rajesh from main kitchen، Mr. suja from house keeping, clinc section and the all, their excellent service. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and I appreciated the complimentary early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The only small improvement would be happened to have accurate pest control. but overall, my experience was excellent. I was very happy and truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!

It’s a so unforgettable and fantastic experience that we have encountered in Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru with all these friendly and professional staff there. No matter they are top management or basic housekeepers, they all made us enchanted by this magic resort. Especially we have to thank our resort host Fatima, who supported and supplied us the all necessary information and recommendations. Since it’s the first time for us to visit Maldives, all the help from Fatima really means a lot for us to explore better this beautiful island. The scenery of Vabbinfaru did leave us a memorable moment in our lifetime, and it’s surely that we will visit it again.

Everything went smoothly: from the moment we were picked up upon our arrival in Malé, to when they accompanied us to the boarding gates, helping us with our luggage on departure from the same airport. The hotel is small and intimate—just what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It is a little paradise with beautiful rooms, restaurants and breathtaking waters…but despite being a wonderful retreat, its greatest treasure is the people. From Liu’s warm welcome at reception, the kind assistance of everyone working in the restaurants, the amazing spa (the best massage I have ever had in my life), to the best dives I have ever done with the very professional dive masters and the rest of the team… At all times, the guest is at the center of everything, and their top priority is your enjoyment. I truly hope life allows me to return one day.
