The Baros experiences is the best memory in my life.The scene is gorgeous，you can enjoy a traditional and original Maldives style here.If this is your first trip to Maldives，Baros is the best choice.I have been to six resorts in Maldives，Baros is the best.Everyone here is so kindly and full of passions，especially my butler Shinta and the young local waitress Alson，they provide the best service here.And the food here is also great，we are invited to enjoy the Maldivan Night buffet，and the food of LIME is very remarkable，they serve us the fancy food like lobster，the beef and lamb，we enjoyed a fine dining food here.We also went snorkeling at the beach，it is very friendly to a rookie swimmer in Baros，we saw a lot of corals and fishes，you can even meet a shark at the beach.Finally thanks to my butler Shinta Febrina and other friends at Baros，Maybe one day we will come back to Baros again.

We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Anas during our stay at Baros – an outstanding butler! He was always warm, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble – he went above and beyond every single time. Even when bad weather complicated our transfer to the next island, Anas handled everything calmly and professionally. We spent a week on Baros with our family in July 2025. We were welcomed by many team members and personally guided around the entire island by our butler Anas. From that moment on, our vacation in paradise began. No wishes were left unfulfilled. The service is incredible. Anas took care of everything immediately—within seconds, any request or issue was taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The diving course we took was also a highlight. Ambra was very patient and empathetic with all of us. The house reef is beyond description. You step right into the water from the water villa, and with the first kick of your fins, you’re surrounded by beautiful fish, corals, sharks, and turtles. The food is also excellent, and breakfast is an absolute dream. I can wholeheartedly recommend ending your holiday here—whether it’s watersports, diving, snorkeling, spa treatments, or the many daily activities, this place truly leaves nothing to be desired. Unlike other resorts, the underwater terrain here truly stands out when experienced via scuba diving. 👩‍🏫 Ambra – The Best Dive Instructor We’ve Ever Met Ambra, the Dive Master at Baros and a plankton expert, made our diving experience unforgettable. She guided us with patience, precision, and subtle encouragement, leading us from house reef dives to the thrilling Manta Point—even in strong currents. With over 6,000 dives to her name, her calm confidence and genuine care stood out. She was the first female instructor we’ve had, and both my wife and I were deeply moved. Ambra helped us grow, not just as divers, but as people. 🙋‍♀️ Sujata’s Thoughtful Butler Service – Unseen Yet Deeply Felt Our butler, Sujata (Suzy), took care of us in a seamless, unintrusive way. From surprise gifts to candid photos and heartfelt notes, Sujata went above and beyond typical duties. She made us feel genuinely cared for without drawing attention to herself. Compared to previous resorts—and even the W Hotel in Koh Samui—Baros stood a step above. The Lime Restaurant offered a range of international and Thai dishes, with Tom Yum soup and mango sticky rice as standouts. Every breakfast included made-to-order items, and seating rotation made each dinner feel fresh. Staff members like Alson, Meisi, and Captain Keeth showed leadership and sincere hospitality. As a restaurant owner, I was deeply inspired by their teamwork and service mindset. 💆‍♀️ Forest-Inspired Tranquility at the Spa The spa wasn’t ocean-facing but felt like a secret hideaway in the jungle. The Thai massage I received was among the best I’ve had—even compared to massages in Thailand. My wife also loved her Balinese massage.
