We had a wonderful stay in Coco Bodu Hithi. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and private - we were lucky enough to experience the Island Villa and Coco Residence. The team created an incredibly romantic dinner setup for us, which we truly loved. Huge thanks to Afaq and Nittu.

If you ever get the chance, a must visit. The vibe is luxurious, peaceful and utterly beautiful. The staff is warm and attentive, and made us feel so well taken care of. Perhaps my favorite thing about the entire island experience was the people working here. From the general manager Alexi, to the head chef Martin and the bar supervisor Srinivas — we felt like there was sincere intention behind every detail of the guest experience. The room was immaculate and cleaned at least once a day, often twice. It was so satisfying always coming back to a made bed with fluffy pillows. Our housekeeper, Jaffer, was amazing! He was so kind, helpful and discreet if we were in the room while he was tidying up. The spacious island villa was perfect for a couple. A huge comfy bed, a large bathtub, a personal beach entrance with beach chairs and a private pool all made for a dreamy island getaway. The dining experience was top notch. The buffet style menu in the Air Restaurant was delicious and exciting. The best buffet spreads I have ever seen!! The kitchen/restaurant staff were incredible. We got the chance to go on a couple snorkeling excursions where we saw wild sea turtles and sharks (vegetarians don’t worry) — guided by a knowledgeable marine biologist. We also had fun doing some water sports including stand up padel, sea bicycling, and probably the most fun “sea bob” — a handheld jet ski that you can nose dive into the water and swim with and observe the sea life. Literally soo cool! Just a warning — don’t forget your SPF. I got a pretty nasty sunburn! Overall I really loved my experience here, and will be dreaming about it until next time…

Amazing place, really peaceful and so beautiful. The surrounding view is mind blowing, the biodiversity around the reef is unique, the food is delicious (cheers Martin!) and the staff is comprised of the most kind and helpful people I’ve ever met (Srini, Vignesh, Jaffer, Sudip, Naif, Priyali, and the rest of the staff, you made this experience unforgettable!) I’d recommend it to couples or families.
