Great service
Fantastic. We go to this hotel every year! And we keep going back because of the great service we get. Eduardo, the concierge is an incredible professional! The valet service is also amazing, specially Juan Serna who is always very polite and efficient!! Looking forward to go back next year!

Great service
Great resort. Best thing is the people who work there. Would like to highlight the vallet service. Even with a lot of cars to take care they do it on a very professional way. Juan Serna is one of the very special guys running the service, and along with Kelvin, Steven and team they rock !

Weekend get away
I have to say the lobby needs to be redone numerous tile broken, pool bar need a good paint job and cleaned up, the pool umbrellas were dirty and some broken, lounge chairs were uncomfortable and old need to be replaced, room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, service was outstanding ,valet was excellent.

Bad service
I forgot my sneakers in front of the hotel while the valet was bringing my car. My brother-in-law went to the hotel, but they said they couldn't find the sneakers. I sent several emails, but they never replied. They were brown Alo sneakers, size 14. This left me quite dissatisfied with the hotel.

Awesome 😎 experience
I had a wonderful experience at Trump International Hotel for my Birthday. The attention and service were excellent from beginning to end. Diego was especially great — very attentive, professional, and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
