At Trump International Beach Resort Miami, it is believed the best memories are made at the beach. Great staff!
I did not stay in the hotel per se but I am a member of the Bech Club, with access to all the amenities. I attend the establishment very often. I can say that the staff is exceptionally pleasant, and in particular the valet (amazing) as well as the beach and pool staff. They all greet us with nice words, smiles etc...To a level that I find unusual.

Nice hotel, needs some updating, and value is not the best.
Excellent room size, washing machine, and dryer, nice to have in the room. The kitchen is not functional, and the coffee machine is terrible. The hotel and rooms need refreshing. Not enough outlets for charging devices. The strangest thing: no one is answering the phone. Tried to reach the front desk, bellboy, and housekeeping. Only automated answering - so I had to carry the luggage by myself. Valet parking was slow during rush hour. The cost is too high for such a hotel, compared to other resorts in the Miami area.

Not impressed
Hotel is nice.Staff is attentive. However, we checked in on Fri afternoon. The next to us had ordered room service and trays were outside in hall. When we checked out Sunday at 11am the trays were still there. For 3 days no one picked up tray. Also we had a handicap room- no problem but we had a shower curtain with mold and mildew on it. Pretty gross.

Beautiful resort on the beach with bluest of water. Private beach with lovely amenities. Will definitely stay again, business and pleasure.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
