At Trump International Beach Resort Miami, it is believed the best memories are made at the beach. Weekend get away
I have to say the lobby needs to be redone numerous tile broken, pool bar need a good paint job and cleaned up, the pool umbrellas were dirty and some broken, lounge chairs were uncomfortable and old need to be replaced, room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, service was outstanding ,valet was excellent.

Bad service
I forgot my sneakers in front of the hotel while the valet was bringing my car. My brother-in-law went to the hotel, but they said they couldn't find the sneakers. I sent several emails, but they never replied. They were brown Alo sneakers, size 14. This left me quite dissatisfied with the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Trump International Hotel for my Birthday. The attention and service were excellent from beginning to end. Diego was especially great — very attentive, professional, and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

Our week at the Trump Beach Resort in Sunny Isles was truly memorable. The service was outstanding—Paulo and Diego at valet made us feel welcome every day, and always offered to help above and beyond. Eduardo, the concierge, solved every request seamlessly, and Sergio, the hotel manager, kept everything running smoothly. The pool area was spacious, never crowded, and the heated pool was perfect for relaxing. The beach area was equally impressive. However, in the spirit of fairness, we were a bit disappointed that the spa was under remodeling and unavailable during our stay. Also, the TV in the main bedroom wasn’t a smart TV, which wasn’t ideal for our daughter who enjoys Netflix. That said, the overall level of service and the quality of the facilities still stood out. Despite those minor points, it’s the best attention we’ve experienced in a U.S. hotel, and we’ll definitely return on future trips to Miami! The people that work there make it special on top of the beautiful and immaculate infraestructure.

Yes, this property is dated and the elevators are slow, but the price fairly reflects that. The best part of our trip was the free and comfy beach chairs/umbrellas with VERY attentive staff. If your goal is to lie on the beach all day and be waited on hand & foot, this is a phenomenal value. Not to mention your hard earned money is going to a pro-American company.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
