DO NOT BOOK APARTMENT 2001. This experience was not just unprofessional; it was dangerous and disgusting. We had a fully paid reservation and arrived at 3:00 PM for our confirmed check-in. ​Lost Reservation: Upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find our reservation. After a long wait, they finally directed us to Apartment 2001. ​The Biohazard Room (SEE PHOTOS): When we entered, we were horrified. The room was not only uncleaned; it was hazardous. ​USED CONDOMS were left out on the furniture (see photo proof). ​Trash, empty bottles, and open containers were scattered all over the counters and tables. ​The beds were stripped and the linens were left in filthy piles on the floor. ​Ghosted and Stranded: We immediately fled the room and began calling management. THEY GHOSTED US FOR 4.5 HOURS. They refused all calls and messages. We were left stranded with no help, forcing us to take a $65 Uber to a friend’s house just to be safe. ​No Room Until Night: They didn't even respond until 7:30 PM, only because we involved the booking platform. They sent a cleaning crew in at that hour. We couldn't safely access a room until nearly 11:00 PM. ​The Ultimate Insult: We paid over $600 for one night. After fully admitting fault and seeing the biohazard photos, their official resolution was a pathhetic $37 credit. That doesn't even cover the Uber we had to take to escape their filthy property! They have refused all refund requests. ​We essentially paid $600 for a stressful, hazardous situation, couldn't use a single amenity, and got maybe 5 hours of sleep before checking out. This isn't a property; it's a scam with zero concern for guest safety or hygiene. Run, don't walk, away from this place. ​Pros: None. This place should be shut down by the health department. Cons: Used condoms left in room, trash everywhere, beds not made, lost reservation, management ghosted us for hours, refused to refund.DO NOT BOOK HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid over $600 for one night in Apartment 2001, and it was a total scam. ​The Nightmare Check-in: Our 3:00 PM check-in was ignored. Management ghosted our calls for 4.5 hours while we were left stranded. They didn't message us until 7:30 PM, and we didn't get into a room (a different one than booked!) until 11:00 PM. ​Total Loss of Amenities: We paid a premium price and couldn't use the pool, the gym, or any facilities because we were stuck waiting in limbo. We essentially paid $600 just to sleep for a few hours before leaving at 9:00 AM. ​Insulting "Resolution": After admitting fault, they offered a pathetic $37 credit. My Uber ride to find a place to wait for them was $65 one way. They haven't even covered the transportation costs they caused, let alone a refund for the room we couldn't use for 8 hours. ​This management is unprofessional, disrespectful, and predatory. STAY AWAY! This hotel is way overpriced for what they offer. They are not worth the money! the service is sub par at best. Their arcade room steals money from cards and the hotel said i used it when i wasn't even there and was bilked out of $25. i dont care for the money i dont like being taken advantage of. I had to call for maintenance maybe 6 times for various broken items in the room. Sconces were hanging off the wall, oven wasn't working, dishwasher was not even attached to the counter, thermostat was broken, found medicine and other items from a previous room occupant, place is old and falling apart, rooms were never vacuumed unless i requested it, had to bed for shampoo and body wash, and this is all I can think of at the moment. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible experience. Staff 30th floor do not clean your rooms. Toilet clogged several times. Towels were dirty when we checked in. Tub had sand when we checked in. Bed was laid on when we checked in food was still in the freezer from previous guests Bathroom floor was disgusting. Couch had Cheerios in the cushions from previous guests. It was a nightmare and to top it off we paid a ton. And they would not let us use a luggage cart. Listen we came he a few years back. Loved it. Now it’s gone down hill. Big time. The main housekeeper (so she says) on the 30th floor said she cleaned the room herself and knows it was cleaned. And basically accused us of lying. It was awful from the start. Do not waste your money.

Excellent hospitality. Christian Pablo and Sebastian Ortiz want way above there service. Help trouble shoot the rental car even. Future leaders for sure. Keep up the good work .

Oooof. The mighty have fallen. Love the properties in NYC, Chicago and even Hawaii. This one is tired and dated. I knew that coming in from other reviews - and expected to spend most time out of the room in the sun but mother nature had a different idea. Elevators are crazy slow and busy esp since you have to get to 2nd floor ro get to beach and pool. The towels in the room are limited as are all of the soaps etc. The toilet overflowed. Lots of entitled foreigners on the beach who don;t understand the concept that you can't smoke or vape wherever the hell you'd like (ie right next to my beach chair). The balcony in the room and the adult pool had persitant smells of weed. The rooms never seem to be ready on time - on many days the small lobby is PACKED with folks with luggage - leaivng or checking in. Looks like a train station. Did not go to any restaurants - had a kitchen in room which was nice for breakfast stuff. the valet takes forever - best to call 15 mins before you need your car.
