Trump International Beach Resort

This property is nothing like the quality we expected, especially compared to the TI Waikiki which was a gem. The room was okay in size, but lacking smart decor and missing all of the normal kitchen and eating hardware...the cupboards were bare!! The rest of the hotel looked tired and getting around meant negotiating rabbit warrens of narrow and dank stairs. All of the sun umbrellas at the 'lap' pool were broken, and nobody notices or cares? Seriously, this is disrespectful to your guests. The staff do their best and make our stay bearable, but think twice if you are expecting a real TI hotel experience. A ray of sunshine came from the beach restaurant where the staff and food were excellent, so we spent more time there than we expected... lunches and dinner...all good except for having a dog arrive at the next table just as we were finishing...no way is this okay...I booked a room at a hotel, not a kennel!!!

Beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed our visit. Only surprise was the $50/day parking fee. Valet only. But I should have read the fine print.

I stayed at Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a so-called “luxury” hotel. I found bugs in my room, and both my legs (and my friend’s legs) were covered in painful, swollen bites — I have photos to prove it. These bites got so bad that they turned into serious skin infections that required medical care. To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. I asked to speak with a supervisor three times, and each time I was told no one was available. I was promised a call or email follow-up — but I never received anything. Zero accountability, zero concern for guest health. For a hotel of this price point and reputation, this is beyond unacceptable. Guests deserve a clean, safe environment and responsive staff when problems arise. Instead, I left with bug bites, infections, and frustration. ⚠️ Do yourself a favor: stay away from this property. There are plenty of other resorts in Miami that actually care about cleanliness, safety, and their guests

On 8/23/25 my husband and I stayed at the Trump International Beach resort hotel ., it was such a great experience, the staff and the cleanliness of the property is impeccable . We will definitely return to this property in the very near future A very special thanks to SLAVA ELGART, DESTINY EVANS and SERGIO for Making our stay extra special They were extremely accommodating and are assets to the Trump hotel.
