I’ll start with the positives , ocean front rooms have beautiful views . Stay on a higher floor than the 5th .I did not like that the room next door had a kitchen window that was overlooking our so called private balcony . Why ???? I would not get a room other than ocean front for the huge prices on all of the rooms The frozen coconut mojitos are the best ! Get one or many ! The valet , beach , pool and housekeeping attendants were great and deserve the extra tip . I say extra tip because in addition to your daily fees being charged on everything the tip is also included on everything . Look at your receipts . Towels are free to use . Your credit card is on file and everything charged to your room . Do not stay in room 509 ocean front it is directly above the room with nightlife music pounding through the floor and although we love music and fun it’s utterly not the place you want to be . It is directly above the pool with utter chaos . Great sunrises from ocean front rooms The pools and the beach ughhhhhhh People are vultures getting up very early to stake their claim and it’s just ridiculous . The beach chairs are about 6 inches apart and the day cabana users are prioritized instead of the people who actually pay the big bucks to stay at the hotel . I was verbally accosted by a cabana person and I was asked by the attendant if I would like to move MY chair ! When I told the front desk they didn’t care at all . I hated the beach chair issue . For those interested they are included in your fee . However your rental car parking in the hotel garage is not . Fee daily there too . I believe 40 bucks a day , restaurants expensive and mediocre . Go across the street to those restaurants better food . Overall we will never return here .

We wasn’t first time in this resort because we love the hotel and location. The beds are very comfortable,rooms are nice and clean and beautiful view is breathtaking. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Delfina. She answered my questions and she accommodated our request for connected rooms. That was very important for us. We had a great time.

This review is way over due, but better later than never. Out family has been coming to Trump International beach resort for several years , way before Covid. Honestly, this is a little paradise in the middle of the busy city. Starting with the check in at the front desk, the staff is beyond accommodating, very professional and will go an extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I’d like to make a special shot out to Genesis, she is incredible , caring and the best at her job. She will make sure you’re always taken care of. Now the pool area, you are greeted by Mika, he is the face of the pool / cabana area. He is very personable and attentive to each of the guests needs, he will make sure you’re taken care of whatever you may need while you’re at the pool. Now the the beach, house guys that put up your chair and umbrellas, are one of the hardest workers there. We love Max, we have known him for a while now throughout our trips over the years, that guy always has a smile on his face and will make sure you are happy. All around , the whole team at the resort are incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family. We know we’ll be coming back here for years to come. Mika was such a gentlemen. Helped us with a cabana and made sure our stay was 10/10, Which it was 100%!! Mika absolutely made sure my friends and I were taken care each and every day of our stay!! Would definitely return to this amazing vacation spot !!

Wonderful experience and customer service. Valet team = 10, as well as concierge, Eduardo. Perfect weather Great time, great experiences. Clean rooms and great food. Looking forward to returning next year. Get the waterfront room totally with waking up to that view every day.
