Great resort great people especially Georgia, Reed, Hose & Alma . This is our 3rd time coming here. It’s a great place to visit. Great energy, great beach, all day fun. The food is excellent. The restaurants Fridas , and Zen are our favorites. All the activities made the pool side a blast! I really enjoyed the aqua-cycle class and pool volleyball!!

The Hard Rock resort was truly outstanding, especially Georgia and Reed! They were on the entertainment staff and they were so enthusiastic and engaged with all the people at the resort! Reed was amazing overall, very kind and very fun to be around! Made my trip a lot of fun!

Spent my babymoon at the Hard Rock with my husband and had such a great time! The staff was super friendly and the bartenders were always on their A game! Reed was also an amazing employee, so fun to be around, welcoming, and always ready to crack a joke. We appreciate the staff making us feel comfortable and welcomed. Would definitely recommend and plan to go back!

Very mediocre. Food was bland to stale. Loud all day and till about 11 pm. Spa is very nice. Needs to be remodeled.

Jorgia is very high energy and I love seeing him around the resort! His personality and ability to talk to people is wonderful. I love joining in on the events with him! It’s a pleasure to be here and spend time with people like Jorgia and Manuel. Can’t wait to come back soon!
