We have been coming to Paradise for over 15 years. It’s always been a wonderful time with great food and service. The pools and beach are perfect too. Although there are lots of wonderful things to do and see in the area, we find it hard to leave.

Is a nice Resort if you like to stay with you family there . But is kind of far from Puerto Vallarta the little center , the Malecón and zona romántica . Personally I am the person that love to visit local places and enjoy local life. In this place you are far away from real Mexican people . I don't like that . Therefore I would prefer to stay close to the city next time. That I can go by walking to everywhere , anytime 24/7. The place it's self is fine. Common areas pool and restaurants are fine. If you package are not all inclusive, you better try other restaurants outside. Maybe if you like to stay in Mexico like living in USA then this place can be for you, but not for me!

As Marriott owners we stayed at Paradise Village through an exchange in the Interval Network. We really had a nice stay and were impressed with PV and it’s scope of amenities and services. The staff was helpful and friendly, grounds and units clean, restaurants were above par. We split our time between the pool (next to Uxmal bld.) and the palapas on the beach. Nuevo Vallarta beach compares favorably with many beaches we have visited in Mexico and the Caribbean. Security seems to be a high priority and it is really nice to have a small mall with a market just a few short minutes walk away. An added bonus was seeing and learning about the Bengal tigers Duke & Daisy and the role PV has played in rescuing and raising Bengal tigers. I wouldn’t have a problem recommending PV to anybody.

We have owned at Paradise Village since 2004 and it has always been amazing - last week was a whole different experience. Apparently they signed up an AA convention from Mexico City and they were the most rude, disrespectful, loud and out of control bunch I have ever encountered. They overran the pool and had no respect for your things - just sat wet on your bags or towels. I heard it was AA but people were definitely drunk and the weed was ever present - disgusting. Not to mention so much cigarette smoking - everywhere- in the lobby - in the pool -everywhere. Normally this is a family oriented place with a wonderful staff who is attentive to your every need. We purposefully come at the off time to support the staff and enjoy a restful vacation. I want my points back as I have never been so excited to get out of there and so disappointed but management has not yet responded to me. If you go and it's not a convention you will likely love the place but if it's this riff-raff rough crowd you will hate it!

What a beautiful resort with a wonderful staff who made us feel truly special. Restaurants on the property are excellent. They even have a shopping plaza with a full grocery store within walking distance. We will be back.
