What an amazing experience! Loved this resort! Amenities and grounds were wonderful , vacation unit was impeccably clean and included everything we needed for a family of four. Location was perfect and was very safe. The beach area was beautiful and where we spent most of our time - the main two pools were super busy so we didn’t spend any time there but the quiet lap pool was definitely relaxing. The service we received was good, although we wish we had someone more consistent throughout the week. Servers in the restaurants and beachside and the room attendants work super hard to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay. Front desk could have been a bit better and a bit more friendly. The rest of the workers at this resort were great! The only thing that maybe could have been better was the food but for an all inclusive it was still good. The Asian restaurant had fantastic food. The two specialty nights were entertaining… Would definitely go back!! Thanks you Paradise Village for giving us a great week and more memories for our family!!

Timeshare sales sharks are waiting in the lobby while the General Manager leads absentmindedly about the painful experience guests have to endure unsuspectedly. The food is great, and so is the service staff; however, the caveat is the absurdity and assumption that the sales staff makes that guests are drooling over an overvalued and hyper-expensive investment proposition.

Not a true all-inclusive. Italian restaurant is not all-inclusive. The 2 restaurants we had to book reservation. Mexican and the Japanese. Not all menu items are available to all-inclusive. Sky bar had applied. Brutal buffet. Cold and not many items. Check in. Had to wait over 40 minutes while members check in was empty. Once at check in we were well taken care of by Julio M. Tiki Bar cafe. Well taken care of by Josebel, Fernando,Diana,grisel, blanco and Daniel. Just ask them 2 hot black tea with real milk. Angel on the beach excellent. Hardest working beach guy. Room was excellent. Rose the maid was amazing.

Resort property is excellent! Beautiful beach, connected to marina for easy access to boats for excursions, staff is friendly and felt extremely safe! Downside - They need to rehome the captive female tiger on the property. She does not belong in a cage at a resort - it’s sad to look at.

Aurora was one of the best waitresses she amazing and the food was excellent the atmosphere was great place super clean and place was great will back again my family enjoy the resort will be back soon family vacation 2024 great place for family
