Villa La Estancia - Riviera Nayarit

I don’t know where to begin. We had a 3 bedroom ocean front room and it was amazing. The views were breathtaking. The staff is better than any resort I’ve been too. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the bellman who remembered us from our last visit. Anna, Yessie and Monsi greeted us and were available to handle any requests. Our butler was Ivan. He was fantastic and any special requests, he did everything to make it happen. He even served us a private dinner in our room for our anniversary. The pool concierge team is such a hard working crew. Jesus, Angel and Gabriel were always there to set us up for a wonderful day by the pool. All of these people mentioned work with each other as a team to ensure that we were happy. In addition, the concierge supervisor, Caesar, was always around checking on us. The front desk staff is also top notch. Alma and her team always greeted us each morning while we were getting coffee and checked to make sure everything was great. We had to settle our room bill several times because of different friends arriving and leaving. Alma didn’t mind. She always has a smile on her face. As a member, they have a lot of different events for us. Iris always makes sure that we are aware of them and constantly checks on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She is always available to assist members with their needs. The La Casona staff is incredible. We attended a tequila tasting held by Hugo who is so knowledgeable about tequilas. We had dinner there several times. The service is top notch and the expresso martinis are the best! You may even be lucky enough to catch a song sung by Eduardo! Overall, the entire staff is amazing. From the grounds keepers to the management, everyone goes out of their way to say hello, including the pool restaurant manager, Ricardo! It is literally our extended family.

Wow! This place is paradise! The setting is gorgeous and the facility is so well kept and pristine throughout. The pool is amazing and has great views of the beach as well. Everyone on staff is so friendly but Jesus at the pool is THE MAN! He works so hard and makes sure you have everything you need! Ivan is an amazing butler and he had all the answers to every question or suggestion we asked for! These guys made our trip so enjoyable!

Location was excellent. Loved the ability to walk into buccerias and to the marina. Our room left a little to be desired and could use an update. Our breakfast team helped make our trip. Lorena, Flor and Jorge were brilliant every morning. So attentive and welcomed us by name every morning. Our pool attendee Jesus was unbelievable. He made sure everyone had a seat, perfectly folded towels, shade or sun throughout the day every day.

Another year of great service and an overall great experience. Home away from home. Thank you to all of the staff especially those by the pool and at the door when we arrive. Angel, Jesus, Santana, Raul, Omar, Bryan, Jerry and more I am sure I am forgetting!

My wife and I came to Villa La Estancia as we are planning our wedding this upcoming December at a venue 15 minutes from the resort. This resort was fabulous. The environment was extremely relaxing and everyone was respectful of those around them. The employees around the pool were super attentive. The food was solid and not terribly expensive (we did not do all inclusive) The restaurant, La Carsona, was great for both the complimentary breakfast (sit down and order style) as well as a nice dinner with some great dishes. You can also walk over to the Flamingos property and eat over there at the sites they have. The room itself was beautiful and everything we wanted. We especially appreciate the service of Lorena, Flor, Jaqueline, Bruno, Esmeralda, Daniela, Ivonne & Jan Carlo from breakfast at La Carsona! My wife and I will be back here in December with friends and family for our wedding and we can’t wait.
