The staff are exceptional people!
We were at La Estancia from 19 September to 3 October. Everyone was so helpful and so professional. Yesi, as always, was welcoming and friendly. The pool and grill staff were so kind and service was exemplary. Special thanks to Josue Cortez. He was so delightful. Always with a smile on his face and short, friendly conversation. He even suffered through my attempts to speak Spanish and was willing to help me with my pronunciation of many words. Each day we were at the pool, there was Josue checking on us, asking how our visit was going and bringing everything we asked for promptly and with a big smile.

EXCELLENTE!
We recently had a remarkable vacation at Villa La Estancia! Every employee we encountered was so warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful! Our concierge Anna and our friendly waiter Raul Gonzalez helped us with practicing our Spanish, the food at La Casona and the all the waiters there made everything so special. Breakfast buffet and the staff were wonderful too! Everyone is so accommodating and helpful. Such a beautiful resort and they truly care about their guests. Rooms are clean, turn down service is lovely (with treats) the Spa is wonderful, the gym is spotless and the resort is quiet! Highly recommended this location, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Incredible restaurant experience
Chef Fernando at La Casona (on the property) prepared the yellow fin tuna that my husband caught while fly fishing in the area. It was absolutely spectacular. He prepared it 3 different ways and they were all incredible. Restaurant staff Esmeralda Brianda, Jose Juan, Alfredo were all incredibly attentive and professional!

Villa La Estancia in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico was incredibly beautiful. The suite and facilities were elegant and impeccably maintained. The staff was always professional and helpful; there were no sales pitches, ever. The restaurants on the meal plan were very good, and we did not feel the need to leave the resort for meals. This was certainly the most relaxing and overall best vacation we've taken in years. I would go back again in a heartbeat!
