Villa La Estancia - Riviera Nayarit

Outstanding in so many ways. The staff was so very attentive, especially Angel, Santana, Ricardo, Gabriel, Esteban, and so many others. Kayaking in the morning yielded great views of dolphins.

​Villa La Estancia is always a wonderful place for a family vacation, primarily due to the friendly staff who go above and beyond to take care of any needs that arise. Specifically, the pool concierges—Jesus, Angel, and Gabriel—are always ready and willing to do everything possible to keep us smiling. Jesus is so full of joy and excitement; he even has a bounce in his step as he hustles to accomplish every request. Our days spent by the pool are truly "5-diamond days" because of these three staff members, who are eager to take care of us and provide the most luxurious experience possible.

This was our 7th visit to Villa L’Estancia and it did not disappoint. We had a beautiful suite with plenty of room for relaxing, a kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful king sized bed. Our suite was cleaned beautifully everyday and Sandra came nightly to inquire if we needed more towels or anything else and left us chocolates! She was so kind! We spent time at the pool everyday where the staff (Angel and Gabriel) put towels on our loungers, kept us in the shade, and made us comfortable. The waiters at the pool delivered us delicious food and drinks. We were especially grateful to Joseue for his service. We had dinner at La Cason’s twice and breakfast there daily. The food was delicious. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Lorena, Marcos, Esmeralda, Roger and Jorge were all great! I used the spa once and had an incredible massage from Rachel! This was a perk with our room…otherwise I did find the spa treatments to be quite expensive. The bellboy staff were always there to help us get cabs, help with bags and offer information. Many thanks to Rauel, Jerry and Bryan for their help! We spent 7 wonderful days here and look forward to returning next year. I can highly recommend a visit!

This was a great all-inclusive experience for someone who likes a quieter hotel, which I prefer. It was quiet, but still family friendly. The pool was beautiful, and there was a swim-up bar. The pool leads perfectly to the beach, which is stunning. The sand is soft and fine, and on a hot day the ocean is warm. There are a decent amount of chairs out to tan and be by the pool, but it can get a little crowded in the middle of the day. They section off a lot of the seating for resort members, which sits empty even if it's full. There is also seating on the beach. With the all-inclusive food and drink, you can eat at Villa La Estancia or the sister resort next door. The sister restaurant next door has many more and better food options. There is a semi-formal restaurant that does breakfast and dinner, and there is a grill by the pool that does lunch and dinner. The grill was pretty good! I never got to try the more formal restaurant due to excursions and events with my group. There was also 24-hour room service, which was nice and convenient. The room was very, very large and very clean. The design was a little dated, but not dirty or shabby. It felt incredibly private. I couldn't hear any noise from the pool area, I couldn't hear any neighbors--it was very quiet and private. There was a lovely deck that overlooks the pool and oceanview, which was nice to read on. My only real complaint was that the laundry service was very unorganized. We got four different answers of how the laundry process worked and when to turn it in. When we went to drop it off, they rejected it. It was very disappointing because we did what we thought we were told and there wasn't much effort to help us. Overall though a very nice stay and I would return.

We had an incredible experience, and a big part of that was the outstanding service from the beach staff—especially Gaby, Angel, and Jesus. From day one, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. After introducing themselves and helping us get set up, they consistently went above and beyond for the rest of our stay. Every day, our beach chairs were already reserved and perfectly arranged for us, making it effortless to relax and enjoy our time. It’s rare to see this level of attentiveness and consistency. Their effort truly elevated our entire vacation experience. Gaby, Angel, and Jesus, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service. You made our trip unforgettable.
