Resort was mixed
First let me say that Bryan greeted us and was very helful on the very first day! He was the BEST! We were grateful to be invited as guests of elite members for this trip and appreciated the opportunity to experience the property. While there were some positives, the service throughout our stay was inconsistent and often fell short of expectations. There were multiple instances where attentiveness and follow-through were lacking, which took away from what should have been a seamless experience. Katarina met us right at check-in to explain the benefits of our stay. None of her promises happened. She promised 2 complimentary alcohol bottles to our room and a free city tour. Neither of them happened. We were also told we had a buler, Juan. He did provide us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary stay, then nothing...I met him once in 7 days. As guests in a member setting, I would expect a higher and more consistent standard of service. With improvements in responsiveness and attention to detail, this could be a much stronger overall experience.

Honeymoon
First time leaving the US. I would not recommend anywhere else. Our week was absolutely amazing. Outstanding service, above and beyond. And the food and drinks were fantastic. Would recommend first if traveling to PV. Can’t wait to come back!

A vacation where the staff treat you like family. My husband and I have been to Mexico at least 20 times, this is the first resort where we have visited more than once. The food is great, but the service is even better. Angel, Jesus, Santana, Lorena, Rafael and Angel made these repeat visits worth it! Highly recommend!!

Villa La Estancia in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico was incredibly beautiful. The suite and facilities were elegant and impeccably maintained. The staff was always professional and helpful; there were no sales pitches, ever. The restaurants on the meal plan were very good, and we did not feel the need to leave the resort for meals. This was certainly the most relaxing and overall best vacation we've taken in years. I would go back again in a heartbeat!
