Villa La Estancia - Riviera Nayarit

Maybe late as usual for our numerous trips, but since we'll be back next month for 12 days (and again in March (9 days) and again in May 2027 (14 days) , just a quick shout out to the peeps that keep us coming back. Warm welcoming greetings at the front doors from Omar, Raul, Jerry, Hugo & Brian have always made our arrival (and time there) special. We love the resort crew and staff who I'm sorry are too numerous for us to remember names. But always friendly! Our beach & pool experiences are always enhanced by Jesus (man, that man (newer daddy!) has endless energy and friendliness!!- always happy to help if we need any or have good convos with us. very enjoyable to see every day. And our other "guys" Ricardo and Angel are always there as well to make sure our trip is as good as we always hope. Thanks VLE, for them and thank them for us : ) we always talk about these peeps when we think of your resort and why we keep coming back.

We had such a great visit. Many people made our trip memorable by going out of their way to ensure we had a great time. Julio got us started off on the right foot by making sure we understood the layout and all of the amenities. Josue at the pool ensured we always had food and drinks. Sandra G who did our nightly turn down service and delivered treats was the sweetest! Our last night we had top notch service at La Casona from Alfredo, Eduardo, José Juan, Angel, and Hugo - every bite was delicious!

We ended up having a fabulous time, thanks to Emily, one of the managers. The rooms are absolutely stunning, as is the pool, but we did have a jackhammer noise to deal with at the beginning that finally was resolved the way we expected, and so we have to say the management really stepped up. If we had never had to deal with that, this would be five stars as it is a place definitely worth visiting if you are going to Puerto Vallarta!! Had great service at the pool bar/pool from Raul and Jesus and the pool taco bar from Esmeralda. We also had a wonderful dinner at the our steak restaurant, and our server Eduardo was terrific, including the song he sang for everyone.

My family and I visited Villa La Estancia coming from Texas. The resort was very relaxing and comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped and daily- deeply cleaned. The ocean view was gorgeous from our balcony. The resort facilities were well maintained and constantly served. We enjoyed our relaxing-morning walks on the the clean and tranquil beach. Breakfast was one of our favorite times. A variety of yummy-fresh food to choose from that satisfy all tastes. We were always greatly greeted by the amazing attentive and friendly staff. Shout out to Emily at the front disk for her outstanding customer service and persistent follow-ups. Her great attention to our specific needs made our stay luxurious.

My family & I stayed at Villa La Estancia for 5 days, 6 nights. It was truly lovely. It felt like we had the place to ourselves more than once! My daughter really enjoyed the endless frozen lemonades. The service was excellent every place we went. We spent most of our time at the beautiful pool & swim up bar. The outside staff (pool) was fantastic. Always setting out towels to make sure we were at our most comfortable. Marcos, at the restaurant & swim-up bar, was so incredibly kind. He did magic tricks for my kids that they're still talking about days later. Laura, from breakfast was also super sweet offering to ask the Chef to make a certain dish my kids liked. We were able to see five stingrays that blew my son's mind. The pool staff also provided sand toys for my son to enjoy. We just truly loved our experience & can't say enough good things about our experience. I was blow away at how kind and helpful everyone was.
