Villa La Estancia - Riviera Nayarit

Well, we decided to go to Puerto Vallarta after all the commotion. Been there many times and love the Nuevo Vallarta area and the beautiful town of Bucerias. Overall, we felt safe, secure, and had a wonderful time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and all the restaurants were opened and ready for business. Weather couldn't have been better...low humidity & no bugs!!! Our stay at Villa Estancia was exceptional as always. The front men (Roul, Jerry, Omar) were so gracious and happy we were there. The dining room personal (Lorena & Eduardo) were just as nice and Jesus & his group at the pool took really good care of us with towels & umbrellas. Nico & Lucio provided wonderful drinks at the pool bar and Ernesto made sure lunch was delivered & drinks were flowing. All in all, our "happy place" was just what we needed for a winter get-a-way. Fourth time staying here. Every time has been excellent. Fantastic staff especially the breakfast crew of Jacqueline, Daniella, Bruno and Flor. Great rooms, great location. We are not seafood eaters so wish there were more chicken/turkey options on the dinner menu. Only real complaint is that we had over $1000 of resort credits and you really can't use most. Can't combine a dinner coupon and wine coupon with the same meal. And who is going to use the spa every day. So were only able to use a $35 dinner credit on 2 different days.

Villa del Palmar is a real fun place to go. They always have activities to do with the guests here. Whether its Mexican lottery or aqua fitness or pool volleyball, but the best is Hugo and the tequila tasting! Hugo is very knowledgeable about the way its made, who makes it and why there are different colors of tequila. All the staff really love their work and it shows by how they interact with the guests. This really is a home away from home.

Everybody is so nice. It’s so quiet and the water was lovely. The bar service is impeccable. The staff is amazing. You just can’t say more about this place. Iris Hugo and Jorge were amazing for our tequila tasting

We just returned from our 4th year in a row at Villa La Estancia and it never fails to exceed our expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to the guys that welcome everyone at the front, Raul and Omar. They always are warm and make you feel special. I also want to express my gratitude to Jesus at the pool who always made sure our lounge chairs were perfectly covered with fresh towels and an umbrella in the right spot. We already are looking forward to next year , number 5 .
