From the moment we were met at the airport by the hotel staff, and transported to The Mulia…. It felt like we were in a dream! The hotel is exquisite, the design, the staff, the amenities! I had seen lots of photos but none did the real experience justice. It was jaw dropping! The service is next level. The attention to every detail is amazing and the details are too many to mention! The food choices seem endless. Soleil buffet was such a wonderful experience, an experience you end up enjoying with the staff and the patrons! Breakfast was lovely, with options to sit outside, quietly. The Cascade Bar was a great place to enjoy a quiet drink while the sun went down while the breeze off Indian Ocean cooled you. We discovered you could order meals there and it was a lovely quiet place to enjoy the wonderful food. I would rate The Mulia 6stars if I could. Cant wait to return!!!

The Mulia in Nusa Dua Bali is the most magnificent resort that we have ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We were handed a little white face cloth that had the most beautiful infusion of perfume, to wipe our face and we were given a lovely cool drink to soothe and relax us. The reception staff were so efficient, informative and so eager to help and please us. All the staff at The Mulia, from the concierge, the waiters, the housekeeping staff, the lifeguards, the staff at the many restaurants, shops and the cafe, the many gardeners and cleaners who keep this whole resort, absolutely immaculate, every single one of them are to be highly commended! Our room was the most beautiful club suite room, called the Earl Court beach view room! It was spectacular! We were looked after by the most wonderful man, Debi, who was so eager to help us at any time. The whole five days we were there, every single minute was absolutely spectacular! Put it on your bucket list. You won't be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Stunning views with impeccable service. Massive resort incorporating too many places and restaurants to visit. We've stayed at the Earl Beachfront view, located within The Mulia Suite, positioned between the iconic Oasis Pool lady statues viewing the Indian Ocean. Being a guest at the Muila Suite gave us immediate priority to access the complete facility, where the Mulia resort was limited. We had a personal butler throughout our stay, who transported us around the complete resort via a buggy upon our request, assisting with the organisation of restaurant bookings and room requests. Any discrepancies were addressed and resolved. It's immediately apparent that the Mulia were deeply focused on providing the best customer service and experience, which they passed in flying colours. Dined in our favourite restaurant, Soleil, and the following morning, breakfast at The Lounge. Everyone from the entrance lobby, restaurant, and lifeguards to cleaners were very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the pools, such as the Oasis Pool, drinking crispy cool Bingtangs at the Ocean pool, and a morning dip at the Aqua Pool. The amazing experience would not be without the support and paramount customer service from Adi and Debi (number 1), who were our personal butlers. What can I say but totally amazing, we came to celebrating our friends birthday and our early 30th anniversary. We staying at The suites and they beautiful, very spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable with a lovely bonus having a jacuzzi on the balcony. A big shout out to the staff, they all were amazing, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble! They went above and beyond to make sure you all were ok and enjoying your stay. We have travelled all over the world and been to some lovely hotels but The Mulia tops them all! We stayed for 5 nights and went on to Ubud after, we stayed in a lovely hotel there but it wasn’t The Mulia, you have spoilt us! We will be definitely returning that’s for sure.

I cannot write what hasn’t already been written, however I wanted to acknowledge the hotel, its facilities and staff as exemplary. The hotel is magnificent, enveloping you in luxury from the minute you arrive with every attention to detail. the difference between this hotel and other luxury hotels is the 1 percenters that make the difference. The staff are impeccable in their appearance and cater for your every whim. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Special mention to our butler Sheren, a pristinely dressed and consummately professional in her approach she is the embodiment of the Mulia. I could not fault our stay at the Mulia.
