Friendly, polite , efficient staff everywhere, particularly in the front desk/office who went above and beyond particularly when helping us with a last minute flight cancellation. Small , charming hotel where traditional values of customer care are evidenced by the high number of repeat respectful customers. Great cuisine (not just food) and wine list. Its great to find a place where things are still done very properly! No hesitation in returning.

I just attended a yoga retreat at the Jamaica Inn and I can't wait to come back! I don't know if I can properly put into words how amazing this hotel is, but I am going to try. Growing up, my father took us on wonderful family vacations-Pink Beach Club in Bermuda, Pink Sands Harbor Island, Round Hill Jamaica to name a few. All bring back such fond memories and set such high service standards to live up to. That being said, the Jamaica Inn is all that and more. The hotel is a step back in time with service you don't receive at some of the finest hotels worldwide. This is old school quality service. I was greeted by name everywhere I went. My every need was met with a smile. The service is outstanding. My room was beautiful- a bungalow overlooking the ocean. Updated, cleaned twice a day. Cookies left at turndown. The meals were delicious. It was never too crowded on the beach. No getting up at 5 am to fight for a beach chair. Xavier set my chair up for me, helped me find my lost sandals. Christopher and Marvin always had my towels and umbrellas ready to go each morning with a smile. Ovan the naturalist showed us a turtle nest and explained the nesting process. There were so many who went above and beyond, I just want to recognize them all. I hope I don't forget anyone. Thank you Cheryl in housekeeping for always greeting me with a smile and making me laugh. Thank you for the extra blankets. To the AMAZING beach bar staff- Ashalene- you are one of a kind. The best service I have ever had. You are a true gem. Patrick- your smile is infectious. Thank you for always taking such good care of us and making us laugh. Williams- the absolute best pina colada in the world. You are the man. Thank you for outstanding service. You 3 make this hotel what it is! Romario- your smile lights the world on fire. Thank you for service with a smile. Carter- there is a reason why you have been around 20 years. Top notch service. Thank you. Caden thank you for the lunch on the beach service. Maurice- we appreciate everything you did for us on this trip! Cocktail service outstanding! Stretch (Kemar) - you are one of a kind. Thank you for always bringing my Cabernet with a smile and greeting me by name. You are a gem. Patrice- your heart is so good. Thank you for hosting our table of 10 every night with you amazing personality and service. Ricardo- I look forward to seeing how far you go. Thank you for great service. Jason (Todd) and Quade-Thank you for setting up for us at Cottage 7 and for such great bar service and the fresh juices! We appreciated it so much! NOW- lets move on to the Award Winning Spa! Top Notch!!!!! The best spa services I have had. Thank you Sheree for always greeting me everyday at the Spa. You are such a professional and you run the spa with such expertise. Everything is on time, clean, top notch. I will crave the ginger tea forever. Thank you for making it for us every day. Kenneth- thank you for putting up with the 10 of us fighting over you and your services. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. You are so professional and kind and the Jamaica Inn is lucky to have you. Thank you for the facial as well. Sharlene- best foot massage ever. You are amazing. Last but not least, Marvin- you touched my soul with your story. Thank you for your kindness. The world needs more people like you. I will remember you forever. I have never been made to feel like family the way I felt at the Jamaica Inn. There is truly something special about it. You can't put a price on service like what our group of 10 ladies just experienced. I have traveled the world, and when I was greeted on day 1 with "Welcome Home", by the end of the week, I felt at home. I hate to leave. I can't wait to come back. Spa day arranged by Sheree Adams-Jackson was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I had a "Back Massage and a Sole revival foot Massage " Heavenly!! Azeeza did a fantastic job, totally relaxing and re-energized my tired feet. Thanks Jamaica Inn Spa team for an unforgettable day
