ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SMALL BEACH HOTEL IN THE CARIBBEAN! Everything is perfect. It has to be a 10 ⭐️ STAR. This gated property is directly on the most beautiful sandy beach. At 11 am each day, the bar staff brings you a complimentary rum or fruit punch- what a great way to start the day! As our room was in the “beach wing”, the water was a few giant strips from our outdoor living room. In addition to a nice bedroom & bath, each room has a large outdoor living room with coach & 2 chairs, desk, small refrigerator and dining table for 2. You have the option ordering meals and have them delivered to you. The staff is fabulous- each and every one. There is a beach bar, a beach grille with a wood bring oven for 🍕 wonderful pizza. A small pool, croquet area in the lawn. Also, many complimentary water toys & boats. The hotel offers several options for you stay: Room w/ continental breakfast or with breakfast & dinner or what I personally recommend the All- Inclusive which includes all meals and alcohol and non alcohol beverages. An Ala-carte dinner is severe in the dining room each night with wonderful local entertainment- where you can dine indoors or on the terrace. Bottom line - I highly recommend this family owned small hotel It is SO much nicer than the huge properties like Sandals and other chains.

Stayed in the Jamaica inn 10 nights . It had its good points namely ASHLEY .she worked on the beach bar most days ..she remembered our names straight away and was always fun, happy, helpful, and liked to talk to guests which was very professional. The waster in the room was a problem , it was mainly cold unless you ran the taps for 20 minutes before you shower, shave, wash. We were always charged to our room which I don't like ....the bill reflected this as there were items on the bill we had to investigate as we had no recollection of these items we were billed for..giving the management credit they were removed . Overall the hotel has a beautiful French colonial style and feel about it with its history being built in 1952 . There were famous guests including Marilyn Monroe, Nosl Coward..

We are on our 7th day here at the Jamaica Inn. It is a truly special place to stay and so far we are not disappointed. The staff are great, especially Williams & the bar staff who serve us cocktails 🍹 and soft drinks to our sunbeds several times a day. Williams is so funny and sweet with his cool sunglasses 🕶️ which are different every day depending on his mood he says! Breakfast brought to us every day as we are staying on the beach which is very special. We are here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and this was our 3rd booking as it was so hard to book when the war broke out so we opted for the Caribbean instead. BUT, we made the right choice in the end. Unfortunately we haven’t had any special things happen for our anniversary yet, so I don’t know why we had to right it down when we arrived. We have a black lab at home called Otter so it’s always nice to say hello to Shadow, she is so sweet. The hotel, beach, sea, our accommodation, the food & drink and service is one of the best we have ever had. We have been to many hotels including Dubai & Anu Dhabi several times but we are sooo pleased we are back in the Caribbean again. I have always wanted to visit Jamaica and yesterday our boat trip from the hotel did not disappoint, it was so fabulous we are going to book another boat trip tomorrow with Garie🙏👍🏻. We will come back for sure if we can afford it. Thank you to all of the staff & owners of the Jamaica Inn for making this special holiday just AMAZING 🤩🥰x

We have visited Jamaica many times but this was our first stay at Jamaica Inn to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and my wife's birthday. We were not disappointed, the location, the beach and balcony suite were perfect. The staff were all attentive and friendly with the smiles and humour that are natural to the Jamaican people. Special was our romantic anniversary dinner alone on the beach. Only negative was we felt that the lunch and dinner menus had limited choices. However the food served was well cooked and presented.

Jamaica Inn has not changed in terms of its basic ethos, warm welcome and excellent service over the many years we have been going. The large number of repeat guests testifies to its charm, friendliness, beautiful beach and excellent food - far better than we’ve experienced in most hotels. Complimentary rum or fruit punch is offered every day on the beach, followed by complimentary tea in the afternoon. At a time when some hotels are cutting back on this sort of thing, it is particularly to the credit of Jamaica Inn’s management that they still feel that it is important to offer these touches and it is much appreciated by guests. The menu at the main restaurant changes nightly and is always delicious and for those looking for a less formal setting there’s Teddy’s on the beach. The hotel is small enough to ensure that staff quickly get to know guests but never feels cramped even when full. The beach really is delightful - a beautiful deep crescent shape with sun loungers and umbrellas dotted around - no rows of them as you get in so many hotels. The staff call the hotel a home from home and it seems that it really does feel like that to guests, an atmosphere created by the genuinely warm staff and by resident black labrador, Shadow. We have been five times over a number of years and will undoubtedly go again.
