Great hotel, but!!
Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff and great views and location. Unfortunately let down by basics. Little or no hot water in the room. Repeated requezts to address to no avail. Room service very hit and miss. For example, cups not cleaned? Coffee jug not cleaned. No creamer replaced etc. Ended up buying our own milk. Issues that all add up. Shame really.

Grounds were immaculate. One of the nicest beaches I have ever seen and I travel the carribbean frequently. Staff were very friendly and service was amazing. Rooms were lovely. Food represented the local culture but also had comfort options.

Gorgeous
Beyond beautiful property, classic Jamaica at its finest. No big resort corporate energy here, just perfect island vibes, unique and like nowhere else. The service is truly top notch and lunch + drinks were amazing. Spotless, quiet, and charming.
