Our first visit to **Jamaica Inn** was on the evening of **24th July**, when my husband and I booked dinner with drinks. During the booking process, we were informed of the evening dress code: ladies were expected to wear elegant evening attire, while gentlemen were required to wear collared shirts. On arrival, the security officer kindly checked that we were appropriately dressed, which immediately gave us the impression that this was a special dining experience. We were first seated on the beautiful cocktail terrace, where we enjoyed drinks while taking in the breathtaking views of the beach, lush gardens, and the hotel grounds. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. We were looked after by **Patrice**, who made our evening truly memorable. She was warm, attentive, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Her outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcomed. We were then escorted to the dining area, where the excellent service continued. Every member of staff was professional and attentive, and the live band playing soft, relaxing music created the perfect ambience. The food was delicious, the wine was excellent, and the entire evening exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the experience so much that we immediately decided to return to celebrate our upcoming wedding anniversary. We booked a one-night stay on **31st July 2026**, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and a late check-out. We were extremely grateful for this thoughtful gesture, as it allowed us to make the most of our celebration. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in **Room 23**, which offered stunning sea views from our private balcony. The hotel's boutique-style design gives it a unique charm, and we particularly appreciated the absence of a television in the room. It encouraged us to completely switch off, relax, and enjoy each other's company. In our opinion, Jamaica Inn is especially well suited to couples and adults seeking a peaceful retreat rather than families with young children. One of our favourite moments was simply sitting on the balcony, enjoying the spectacular views and the tranquil surroundings. We also spent time relaxing on the beach, swimming in the crystal-clear sea, and taking part in a sailing activity, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We would like to give a special shout-out to **Albert** and **Desmond**, the lifeguards who organised and led our sailing experience. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the activity both safe and incredibly enjoyable. Another heartfelt thank you goes to **Patrice**, whose exceptional hospitality during our first visit inspired us to explore the hotel further and ultimately return for our anniversary celebration. We would also like to thank the management team for their kindness and flexibility in arranging our booking and accommodating our early check-in and late check-out requests. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more special. Our experience at Jamaica Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the outstanding hospitality and beautiful surroundings to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent food, everything was first class. We will certainly be returning, and we wholeheartedly recommend **Jamaica Inn** to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, and unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

Yesterday, I celebrated my 52nd birthday at the Jamaica Inn's Spa (The Ocean Spa), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. As a fellow therapist with over 20 years of professional experience, I do not offer praise lightly. My assessments and recommendations are measured, deliberate, and grounded in honesty and professional integrity. This perspective serves as both a benchmark for evaluating the quality of service received and a foundation for providing an informed expert opinion based on industry knowledge, experience, and established best practices. Prior to my visit, I conducted thorough background research, and everything I discovered led me to book a treatment. As we would simply say in Jamaica, "Mi affi try it out fi mi self." After all, the best way to assess the experience was to experience it firsthand. From the moment I arrived, Marvin at the reception welcomed me by name with a genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. His outstanding customer service and warm personality set the tone for a relaxing visit. I was treated to a refreshing signature drink and given all the information and guidance I needed. Soon after, Danneisha introduced herself, gave recognition to me by name, and extended a warm welcome that could melt anyone's heart. Her professionalism, therapeutic expertise, and skilled touch relieved every area of tension and left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. It is evident that this exceptional team of professionals is well trained and expertly led by their manager, Mrs Sheree Their commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality made my birthday celebration truly special. At the conclusion of the service, I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful birthday celebration that included a slice of birthday cake and a glass of champagne. I was then invited to unwind in a soothing salt bath, complemented by plush robe service, which provided the perfect ending to an exceptional and rejuvenating spa experience. I highly recommend Jamaica Inn Spa to anyone seeking an exceptional spa experience. Thank you for making my 52nd birthday one to be remembered. Thanks again Jamaica Inn Spa, From Fitzroy Edwards

After another wonderful stay at Jamaica Inn in June 2026, I thought it was finally time to put into words why I keep coming back. I've been returning to Jamaica Inn for the past six years and, quite simply, it has become my favourite place to stay in Jamaica. There are plenty of beautiful hotels on the island, but very few manage to combine understated luxury, genuine warmth and consistently exceptional service in the way Jamaica Inn does. A special mention has to go to Gerry in Reservations. She has looked after me over the years with the same warmth, efficiency and professionalism every single time. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and she is one of the reasons I keep returning. This visit I was fortunate enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished Executive Wing rooms. The redesign is superb, but the standout feature for me was the shower. Standing there with uninterrupted views over the Caribbean while still enjoying complete privacy was one of those unexpectedly memorable moments that perfectly sums up what Jamaica Inn does so well. The service continues to be one of the hotel's greatest strengths. It's lovely to see so many familiar faces year after year, which says a great deal about the hotel's staff retention. While some of the younger team members are understandably still gaining experience and don't yet have quite the same instinctive attentiveness as some of their longer-serving colleagues, everyone was friendly, welcoming and eager to help. One of my favourite sights never changes: watching the waiters effortlessly carrying room service trays on their heads. It's a tradition that always makes me smile and is one of those uniquely Jamaican touches that gives the hotel so much character. The food remains excellent, with menus changing regularly enough that even as a repeat guest there's always something new to enjoy. Dinner is always a highlight, helped by the live evening entertainment, which creates such a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a little more reggae, rocksteady and ska in the evening music. Visitors come to Jamaica for many reasons, but experiencing the country's incredible musical heritage is surely high on that list. The musicians are very talented and understandably enjoy showcasing a broad repertoire, but a little more authentic Jamaican music would make the evenings even more special. Although I didn't manage a game of croquet this time, I did catch part of the flora and fauna tour and saw the new rainforest garden. It's clear how much pride the grounds team take in maintaining the property, and it really shows. The gardens are beautiful, and the beach remains absolutely immaculate. For anyone planning to snorkel, be prepared for a bit of a workout if the wind is up! However, swimming around to the far side of the bay is well worth the effort, with a lovely variety of tropical fish waiting to be discovered. What I appreciate most about Jamaica Inn is that it has never tried to chase trends or become something it isn't. It remains elegant without being pretentious, luxurious without being ostentatious, and above all, genuinely welcoming. In an age where true hospitality can sometimes feel like a lost art, Jamaica Inn continues to excel. After six years of returning, I can honestly say it still feels just as special as it did on my very first visit. That is a rare achievement, and I already know it won't be long before I'm planning my next stay.

This hotel has been one of the best experience in Jamaica. The service and staff was top of the line. Loved the room with old time charm and the verandah. Tea time was special. Kudos to Ocarr and Sherleane who made my stay special!
