Our stay in March 2026 for 5 nights was unforgetable and we had so much fun we booked a return trip in November 2026. The food was great, the rooms (westside overlooking the water) were beautiful but what made it a great experience, was the staff. We want to give a special shout out to both Williams and Ash who greeted us every morning with big smiles. We highly recommend this low key, relaxing stay and dont forget to book your couples spa treatment. Jason & Michelle Pitsenberger

We celebrated my husband birthday. We own our own place in the sea about 45 minutes away, but we love the staff and atmosphere Jam Inn creates for its guests. The Inn is clean, the staff are professional, and the ambiance is why we always come back. We don’t look anywhere else when it comes to getting away.

This is an incredibly special place. The energy, the peace, the community made my birthday the best one yet. Shoutout to Patrice, Marvin, Sheldon, Xavier, Carter, and Raniel for treating us like family! Will be back again :)

Recently we celebrated a very special birthday at the restaurant at Jamaica Inn. I must confess that this was our 5th time and we had an amazing time as usual. Staff was attentive, courteous, professional, warm and welcoming. Thank you Kemar and Garfield for making our birthday celebration so very special. Food was great. Loved the sunset on the terrace. Live music on the terrace added a cozy, fun. and relaxing touch. Looking forward to joining you for our next celebration. Again, thank you.

The location is perfect, the staff are fantastic and the food and entertainment are great. Unfortunately this visit had a couple of issues. Our room did not have any hot running water and it took a couple of days to be moved to a room that was in working order. Also, our visit clashed with the annual backgammon tournament held at the hotel. Again, unfortunately some of the people involved with the tournament did not really appreciate the ethos of the Jamaica Inn. On numerous occasions, staff had to tell people to turn their phones off of loudspeaker, at any time during the day or night, at breakfast, lunch or dinner, very annoying. Also a couple of these people were really quite rude. We know next time to avoid the backgammon tournament!!
