Reviews for Jamaica Inn
I had a trip planned for the end of July. I unexpectedly ended up in the hospital and would not be able to make my trip. I have been there several times and absolutely love it. I want to give a huge shout out to the reservations department. I did not want to cancel the trip but move it back to when I would feel well enough to enjoy it. The reservations department could not have been more accommodating in my request and did so without any penalty. Thank you for the amazing customer service and I look forward to a relaxing week!

Let me start by saying we've been to Jamaica many times and The Jamaica Inn is by far the most beautiful place we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with"welcome home!", we knew we chose a very special place! We chose a second floor room in the main building. When we stepped out onto the lovely verandah, we were mesmerized by the gorgeous view! The beach and grounds are so beautiful. Our room was perfect. Every single person on staff from the gardeners, front desk, housekeeping, wait staff, beach crew, and bartenders were over the top friendly and accommodating . And we thoroughly enjoyed Shadow, the Inns pet lab. We can't wait to return to The Jamaica Inn next year to celebrate our special anniversary!

Jamaica Inn Such an intimate, small, resort. We didn’t feel like just a number as one does at a mega resort. We were actually missed by the housekeeper(Sadie) when we didn’t return for the night and an email was sent to inquire about our safety.I was touched at this level of care and concern. Breakfast on the veranda was worth it! The veranda rooms - to hear the ocean splashing on the rocks at night and feed the school of fish was calming and relaxing(thank you Tanya for your recommendation). The farmers market trip with Chef Maurice was a great experience - checking out all of the fresh, organic, local produces, fruits, seasonings. The cooking demonstration upon our return was informative as well as tasty! Thank you for your personal care and attention to detail at dinner service. Also special thank you to Mr Sanderson breakfast service was the best meal of the day! Ackee and Salt fish, fresh fruits coffee and tea every morning on the veranda. The moonlight couples massage followed by a private dinner overlooking the cliffs was romantic and memorable to say the least!. Special Thank you to Carter and Sheldon our waiters for beachfront dinner and dinner after our massage.
Having stayed here before, I was delighted to return with friends. Jamaica Inn surpasses itself in terms of friendly, professional staff, service, magnificent surroundings, excellent food and though expensive, definitely value for money. Can't wait to stay there again!
My husband and I just came back from the Jamaica Inn celebrating our anniversary. From the beginning while making the reservation, my reservations specialist, Donna painted the picture of what was to come. The resort is beautiful with untouched beauty all around! They were able to capture natural beauty at it finest, creating an atmosphere of the indoor and the outdoor all being one. I was able to open my double doors to my room, step on to the veranda and greeted with the breeze and sunshine from the outside. Sitting on the veranda, the dancing plants brushes against my hand, the exotic humming birds sings to me and the immaculate grounds ushers my eyes to the beautiful Ocean. It is certainly a piece of heaven on earth! Customer service is just as on point as the Inn with each member of the staff friendly exhibiting a level of customer service reminding you that you are truly important. I felt one with my thoughts and at times I felt like we were the only guest around. I loved it and will find a way to go back every year. If you want relaxation and want to avoid the hustle and bustle of an all inclusive resort, this is the place to be:)
