This place is heaven! The service is impeccable, the food and drinks are delicious, and the property is breathtaking.

Ojai Valley Inn did not care to communicate they planned to close their facilities to guests at 2pm. After an 11:30 massage and lunch at the spa pool at about 1pm, we got a call pool side asking us to get our things and leave. No time to shower-up, just leave.

Poor quality of service staff
We have previously been very satisfied with our stay at Ojai Valley Inn. This time it boiled down to poor quality of service from the staff. Hope this can be improved. The hotel it self is amazing.
