Resort at Squaw Creek

I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay, which fell far below Hyatt's usual standards. From the moment I arrived, the front desk agent was cold and impatient. When I asked for parking guidance, she was dismissive and failed to provide adequate instructions, leading to a frustrating self-parking experience and abnormal charges. Furthermore, with my GOH, I was shocked by the complete lack of elite recognition. I was not offered a room upgrade, nor did anyone provide an explanation or apology. It felt as though my loyalty benefits were entirely ignored, making me seriously question the value of the World of Hyatt program. Finally, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room had a strange, unpleasant odor, and brown, dirty water came out of the faucet—likely because the pipes were not properly flushed after maintenance. Overall, this was a highly frustrating experience that needs to be addressed.

Stayed 2 nights during shoulder season for a wedding. The location is fantastic, the room was updated, clean, and spacious (including full kitchen). Amazing views from our room and nearly everywhere on the property. We will return, possibly with kids, grandkids for special family getaway.

Beautiful setting with an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I also enjoyed shopping at the boutique. The food and service were also fantastic.

This property is gorgeous. The service is good and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were lovely and it was absolutely a stunning scene to wake up to.

Outdated and damaged rooms. Furniture had scuffs on them, stained carpets, stained mattress , and our shower head was faulty. This place was in great condition 14 years ago . It needs a major renovation
