Originally booked a mountain view fireplace suite which was unacceptable. Very dark and depressing room. Management said I could be moved to valley view for $25.00 up grade. Your hotel is dated and the rooms are disjointed. The bathroom is poorly designed with one basin and no counter space. Lighting is bad throughout. The shower is is liek a tight barrel . Light bulb burned out during our entire stay. Toilet seat was loose. No need for the bathtub since it took up much need additional space. Furniture neither attractive or comfortable to sit on. Out look was bad. Looking over the roof of the area directly below our unit. HVAC not quiet, dusty room not weel cleaned.

Beautiful Resort designed to meet all of the needs of family getaways as well as for a couples retreat. Generally speaking the level of service, proactive service from staff was impeccable. We only had one issue sitting down at the Grill outside and not receiving any service although we saw a large group enter the main bar and they were given all of the attention of staff. We had to complain in order to receive service at our outside table when the grill was still open so service should have been active on the patio.

Overall, it is a very nice resort in a very beautiful location. The room was spacious, and the bed very cozy. Our request to repair a clogged tub was taken care of very quickly, The restaurant food was very good. We sat outside and as the evening cooled down, the fire pit was great!

My daughter was married here last weekend. The resort is beautiful and they really know how to carry out a wedding. The ceremony was held on the terrace, overlooking the golf course and the mountains. The dinner/dance was in a beautifully decorated ballroom. A distinguishing characteristic of the resort is the staff. They are real pros who expended great effort to make sure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Andre, Terra, Melissa, and the whole resort team.

It was a decent stay this go around- seems like the resort is getting tires- the staff is getting extremely unenthusiastic about all aspects of the word "resort" and what their hosting should be. Honestly can day we will not be back for our bi yearly visit.
