Beautiful scenery. This majority Hong Kong owned property uses this gorgeous location to drive cash flow from a property which is in ill repair. The hotel portion of the property is the worst. It’s a very tired, banged up and dated set of rooms. Portions of the second floor had an odor of a long term care facility. Housekeeping services are offered only every three days. Some rooms are owned separately which creates issues with having maintenance issues remedied. The pool area is nice, however, the pool itself is in disrepair. Broken concrete, large open cracks in caulk repairs, etc. Simply not well maintained. Golf course in this beautiful area, which enjoys excellent summer weather, was unimpressive. The staff was solid, mostly positive and capable. It’s clear that until visitors start selecting other properties to stay in the area, the owners of Everline will not reinvest in the hotel/grounds. Really a shame.

I slept on the sleeper sofa. The sofas are old and VERY uncomfortable. The next day they sent me two bedspreads to put on the sofa mattress, it helped somewhat. Given the price I was paying to stay for three days I was quite disappointed. I was told they are upgrading the furniture next year. Unfortunately, that doesn’t help anyone this year. Also, the line for the bear cafe was extremely long in the mornings. There are several things they could do to streamline. I found the service and the food to be exceptional. The support staff was amazing. Loved the room staff and the porters. They both went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—it was the perfect family-friendly getaway. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, including a fun pool area, kids’ club, and evening entertainment. The location was great, and everything we needed was either on-site or nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for families. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like kids’ menus and family activity schedules. It was a relaxing and fun-filled experience for all of us. We’d definitely come back again!

My family recently returned from our annual summer vacation and were so pleased with this Resort! We stayed at three hotels over the span of 10 days in June/July 2025, and this was by far our favorite. GSR (Grand Sierra Resort) in Reno and Marriott Timber Lodge in South Tahoe were the other resorts we stayed at, which were both nice, but this hotel was better in every way. When you first walk into the lobby the views of the mountains beyond are just breathtaking. Check-in was easy, Tori at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and our room was ready a couple hours before check-in at 4pm. When we got to our room we were very pleased, the views are gorgeous! And I really liked the decor, did not find it outdated at all, it had a real nice "Tahoe" feel, nice furnishings, carpet, comfy bed, everything was great! I sure hope they don't remodel to a modern look like our old favorite Deerfield Lodge at Heavenly which took away any Tahoe charm and ruined it for me. My kids loved all the pools and especially the waterslide! The day we checked out we actually stayed a few hours after the 11am check-out time and hung out at the pool, which the Resort is fine with, such a great perk! We all really enjoyed the cafe located in the shopping area between the lobby and hotel, as well as the Cafe food served in the pool area. The location is great, not far from Tahoe City. We biked from the hotel along the most beautiful paved trail into Tahoe City where we enjoyed a few days exploring. There's also a hiking trail from the hotel to "The Village" where there's many shops and restaurants. All in all, this is one of our new Favorite places to stay. The location, views, price, and staff, we're already looking forward to coming back in the fall to enjoy the changing colors. If I had to complain about one thing, and it's not the Resort's fault, but parents, please don't walk down the hallways yapping loud with your noisy kids waking guests up, much appreciated!

Everything is above expectation except shuttle service to the independency day fireworks, I understand the shuttle service may not managed by hotel directly, but that's the main reason I booked here on fireworks day, hopefully you can help to reach stakeholders to make schedule more sense, like fireworks end up at 10pm, the shuttle should schedule to pick up at 10:30 instead of 10 which makes the most of customers missed it and have to wait for an hour to fight so many people to get on board on 11pm's one.
