Bad
Stranded us in the middle of the night after promising us safe travel to and from Tahoe city on the Fourth of July. We were forced to walk home at 12 at night in the pitch black with bears and dangerous drivers on the Fourth of July. We called the front desk and they told us to uber, but there was no drivers out and barely any connection so the front desk left us with no choice but to walk on the highway. Ridiculous.

Fantastic shuttle service from Jason
We absolutely loved that you had a shuttle to and from the village. Jason was a fabulous driver and gave us some good information on the area. He definitely made our visit enjoyable. We used the shuttle on multiple days.

Great location and very comfortable stay
Property was very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay. Out of crowd with great location. Everything was close by.

Functional lay out but outdated
While the layout of the rooms and pool area are nice and functional for a family the hotel needs to be updated. Our room was very outdated with chipped paint, water damaged windows, grime on the walls etc. to the point where we laughed thinking they must have given us a bad room because we have kiddos. We made the most of it, but not worth the money you pay.
