The booking site that we reserved our rooms with (Priceline) lost our reservation and it took them over an hour to inform me that it was their fault, yet too late to rebook. It was a complete disaster!!! However,Todd (Front Desk Manager) was a wonderful help and found us a room to book that night. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. We would willingly give him 10 out of five stars.!!! He deserves a raise for the wonderful customer service he provided!! Everline is blessed to have him on staff!! We would gladly stay there again simply because of him!! That, and the fact that Everline is a beautiful resort!!

Decent resort but rooms need to be upgraded and front desk can do better in terms of mentioning what customer has access to etc. Self-Parking can test your patience on hot summer days.

Came for a conference and brought the whole family. Was thrilled with the amenities - from fishing, bike riding to pool complex and gym - we had a great time. Dan at the rec center went above and beyond to make our rec activities truly memorable. The food seemed a bit pricey for what it was so we opted to eat off site, but palisades village was an excellent dining option which we biked to one evening and the on site cafe was convenient to grab and go. The suites were convenient to allow us to eat easy meals in the room though have to go off site to get basic groceries. Easy access to truckee rafting experience. We didn't do the tram or hike nearby, but drove to incline village for several of our activities.

A fun filled weekend at an amazing resort. Attended a wedding at the resort and everything was perfect. The staff was professional and customer friendly.

The resort is not new but well maintained. It is in the Palisades Tahoe ski area with a resort chairlift right on the property. Staff is courteous and helpful. It has an enjoyable fine-dining Six Peaks Grill restaurant. Breakfast, however, can use more selections. I am happy to return if visiting Palisades Tahoe again.
