Dissatisfied expensive staycation
I booked a staycation to evaluate the last 6 months of the year and what I want to do differently the next 6 months of the year. Unfortunately it didn’t go as planned. My dinner was 30 minutes late from ordering, but Adele was great and comped my bread and kept me informed. I was awaken at 5am on a Saturday by a sound check outside for a 5K that was happening at 7:30. Heath just said it was out of their control not necessarily an apology. My $39 meal that I received came with cold corn in which I was given by Heath a $10 Starbucks card. My name and number was left for the manger to call but I have yet to receive that. I paid $200 for a room where I was kept up most the night from road noise and then intentionally wanted to sleep in but was woken up at 5am. Staff was nice just not the experience I was paying for and believed I could have been comped for my room better regardless if it was or was not their fault because it certainly wasn’t mine either.

Luxury Hotel in Downtown Orlando
Excellent service and staff that were attentive and welcoming. The restaurant and lounge were a great highlight with exceptional food as well as live acoustics to set the ambiance.

Great overall experience!
The overall experience was absolutely great! The food at the o, restaurant is delicious. The decor is very beautiful. The overall experience was very, very nice. Friday nights DJ at the pool also provided a great vibe, I suggest having him on Sundays after brunch hours.
