Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando

We got married at the Grand Bohemian Orlando 15 years ago so we came back for our anniversary. Not the best experience. They gave us a ADA room without our knowledge. When I mentioned it later at the front desk they said they sold out of our room we booked so they put us in that room. They didn’t try to rectify the situation. Also the air didn’t work we had to have an engineer come up. They said it was fixed but when we came back the what was on in the room. The water pressure wasn’t great either. The roof top bar was out of some menu items as well. I’m glad we came but wish the experience was better.

This hotel is absolutely stunning!! The room was immaculate and comfortable. The food was also lovely. I’m looking forward to trying other locations with this company because I very much enjoyed my stay!

This is a pretty great hotel. The location is tremendous and the rooms are comfortable. We have stayed here a bunch of times and will probably stay again (although we might try the Aloft down the street for a change of pace). The only thing preventing this from being a 5-star review though is the breakfast voucher for elite Bonvoy members. It entitles you to a breakfast item that doesn't even appear on the menu. Not only is it weird but it seems really "nickel and dimey" for an Autograph Collection hotel. (Alternatively, the voucher can be used for credit toward breakfast but the amount won't cover anything on the menu.) Great hotel, fix the breakfast voucher.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the valet team. Ross, Joey and Justin unloaded everything and took it directly to our room. They also unloaded my wheelchair, but they asked how to do it as to not hurt me or damage my wheelchair. Airlines could learn a few things from them! Every single hotel should have employees like Ross, Joey and Justin. They were professional, efficient, welcoming and kind. If I could give more stars, I would.

Went on an impromptu golfing trip with some buddies in late November and had a fantastic stay at the Grand Bohemian in Orlando. Even though my plans were last minute, I had no problem getting a room. Stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was busy over the weekend, but by the time I checked out on Tuesday morning, it had calmed down considerably. Room was very nice, offering a good view of the surrounding area. Hotel was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly. They made check in and check out simple and quick. Every staff member I interacted with added to the enjoyment of the trip. Even though I checked out early in the morning, the valet attendant, Robert, was quick in retrieving my vehicle and helping load my luggage. We had a conversation about local golf courses and he gave me precise directions to get on the road. Overall, fantastic experience and can’t wait to visit the Grand Bohemian again.
