Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was excellent. Miya at the front desk was awesome. Absolutely a pleasure to talk too. Went to the pool lounge and Andre the bartender was great. Personable and funny Highly recommend this hotel

Great property in Orlando
As expected, another wonderful stay at a Grand Bohemian property. There was however, one standout. That was "Madison" at the front desk. From the point of check-in and throughout our stay, Madison was a shinning star.

The room (bathroom mostly) was subpar for this hotel. The two bars were fine; the mistletoe margarita (pool bar) was very good. The jazz brunch was lovely. We missed the Benedict’s; loved the drums with sax at the piano players side. The spa is small and dark; the providers were great (facial) & average (massage).
