Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando

Read carefully - they will never prioritize you. Clearly the hotel is nice. This is why people go there, but my situation just happened today where I had a reservation for yesterday that I had to book last minute and I already had a pre-existing reservation from April 16 to the 19th. I then booked another reservation because I had to come in a little bit earlier so I one from the 15th to the 16th. I have text message proof that they basically said on the 16th come down check out and check in and we’ll keep you in the same room. I go downstairs and what am I told? That they gave my room to a biggergroup. That all of this happened overnight without any communication to me whatsoever. And their basic offer was will put you in the Marriott, but never reached out to me. So what was I supposed to do? Just stay in the room until the room service kicks me out where the new party comes in? Not one phone call not one email not one text No one even explained this to me. And then they have the audacity to say tell Expedia to basically call us as if it’s my duty to do this when they royally drop the ball on this. This is disgusting behavior and I would not recommend this hotel unless you have enough money where you just don’t care . I rarely ever have the write reviews about nicer hotels because it’s already assumed that they’re going to be doing a good job but this is absolutely disgusting what they did. So I have to pack up all of my stuff on the day I’m supposed to just simply relax and extend my stay without any effort, but instead, I have to pack up all my stuff and go down the street to a different hotel because of their lack of organization What’s worse as they never communicated this with me. I was in my room the entire time. And if the manager or somebody comes back here and respond to this and says some lie like “oh we did not notify him “ - lies . I have literally every text thread and zero call list on my cell or room phone. See texts below as of 1 pm today I was forced to check out because they told me they have no room available for me from the 16th to the 19th lol this is absolutely ridiculous. My entire trip was ruined. And I have never not once asked for the manager and when I did today, of course there’s no one there but if that’s the case then why the hell did the guy keep going back to talk to someone? Weak manager - can’t even address this in person. I don’t need an apology from the manager. I don’t care about you and I don’t care about what situation you’re in. I’m just simply posting this to other people understand how shady you are.

The hotel is ok but the food and beverage is a lot to be desired. The Bohemian restaurant in the hotel is very poor. Caeven cook a basic fillet steak right .go somewhere else to eat!!!

We stayed here in April 2026 for a couples trip and had such a great experience overall. The location was perfect close to everything, super convenient, and easy to get around. The atmosphere felt relaxing and upscale, exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. You can tell they put effort into maintaining everything. Staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Value-wise, I think it was worth it for the experience we had. It wasn’t just a place to stay it actually added to the trip. Would definitely come back and recommend for a couples getaway!

Beautiful hotel. Luxurious accommodations and excellent service. Our room was very comfortable with lovely amenities and very clean.
