Not a great experience.
For being a 4 star hotel, it was not up to par. The pool service was great as well as the food, but the front desk service and attitudes as well as the room service itself was extremely poor. It took over 2 hours for them to deliver us a simple blanket and one pillow. We also were promised a suite with a tub and upon arrival, they did NOT deliver, leaving us out of pocket for something we didn’t receive. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money we spent here. Would not come back.

Not functioning shower and sink and staff walked in without knocking first
After checking into our room the cleaning staff opened our door and started to walk in without knocking first. The water in the shower went completely off twice as I was showering. The sink also did not drain

Insufficient
We came and ate at the restaurant. The food was subpar. We went to enjoy the pool and hot tub and wanted to get some work done the pool and they kicked us out saying it was a private event. They mentioned that the front desk should’ve told us something when we in knowing we couldn’t use the facilities, which was pretty crazy when you’re paying $600 a night and nobody communicates and you can’t use the facilities of the hotel. I asked about a credit several times and nobody got back to me. For the money they want to stay here. It is greatly overpriced.
