Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando

This is a pretty great hotel. The location is tremendous and the rooms are comfortable. We have stayed here a bunch of times and will probably stay again (although we might try the Aloft down the street for a change of pace). The only thing preventing this from being a 5-star review though is the breakfast voucher for elite Bonvoy members. It entitles you to a breakfast item that doesn't even appear on the menu. Not only is it weird but it seems really "nickel and dimey" for an Autograph Collection hotel. (Alternatively, the voucher can be used for credit toward breakfast but the amount won't cover anything on the menu.) Great hotel, fix the breakfast voucher.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the valet team. Ross, Joey and Justin unloaded everything and took it directly to our room. They also unloaded my wheelchair, but they asked how to do it as to not hurt me or damage my wheelchair. Airlines could learn a few things from them! Every single hotel should have employees like Ross, Joey and Justin. They were professional, efficient, welcoming and kind. If I could give more stars, I would.

Went on an impromptu golfing trip with some buddies in late November and had a fantastic stay at the Grand Bohemian in Orlando. Even though my plans were last minute, I had no problem getting a room. Stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was busy over the weekend, but by the time I checked out on Tuesday morning, it had calmed down considerably. Room was very nice, offering a good view of the surrounding area. Hotel was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly. They made check in and check out simple and quick. Every staff member I interacted with added to the enjoyment of the trip. Even though I checked out early in the morning, the valet attendant, Robert, was quick in retrieving my vehicle and helping load my luggage. We had a conversation about local golf courses and he gave me precise directions to get on the road. Overall, fantastic experience and can’t wait to visit the Grand Bohemian again.

I had a wonderful stay at the grand Bohemian. Some friends and I decided to stay in Orlando for Classic weekend and we had a blast. Our experience started with the valet team. I am usually not a fan of Valet but upon arriving, I was greeted by the valet manager. His full name was Gamael, very unique which is why I remembered but everyone in the hotel referred to him as Gam, still cute. He convinced us to valet and his staff walked us to our room and carried all of our luggage. They suggested different walkable bars to grab drinks and food and gave great advice on travel methods to not be in heavy traffic when going to all the activities we had planned. The front desk experience was quick and precise, hotel was very clean and luxurious. The room was impressive and I had a pretty good view even though I was on a lower floor than what I am used to. When I come back to Orlando, I am looking forward to visiting the hotel again. I hope Gam and his staff is still there because I promised to come back and see them.

Everything about this place should be amazing. The location, the structure, the quality of the rooms, except for the popcorn ceilings should be unreal. However, the management here is brutal. They just don't have enough people.
