Did what it said on the box....but no more.
Lacked the wow factor of the better Hyatt hotels and resorts. More conference related than holidays, thus its location next to the convention centre.

Excellent-great for business and leisure. Convenient to the convention center and restaurants. The pools looked amazing. Wish I had the opportunity to enjoy more of the amenities.

Needs improvement in hospitality.
Room service was abysmal, and an extra charge. There was a hotel fee that we were not made aware of at checking. The food establishments were mostly bars, with minimal food options. The atmosphere was mostly for the male guest.

Excellent Stay
Room was very clean and nice. Staff were excellent. Pool is great. they were even able to bring a complementary crib to our room for our baby to sleep in.
