Reviews for Hyatt Regency Orlando
Needs improvement in hospitality.
Room service was abysmal, and an extra charge. There was a hotel fee that we were not made aware of at checking. The food establishments were mostly bars, with minimal food options. The atmosphere was mostly for the male guest.

Excellent Stay
Room was very clean and nice. Staff were excellent. Pool is great. they were even able to bring a complementary crib to our room for our baby to sleep in.

Great stay for large business meeting

Terrible Check out service
I received the wrong check out date ... it was May 2 and not May 3. Hyatt is trying to charge me an extra night. When I call the hotel, the bot told me to hold an hung up on me 3 times. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Please resolve as I will not escalate any further.
