Back to Orlando and definitely back to one and only Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes! Always don't want to leave and always want to come back! Property is beautiful and make your room is facing a lake! Tremendous view! Rooms are after renovation and even better than before! Definitely will be back! Highly recommended!

This is our fourth New Years here. Norma's restaurant is fabulous. The service is wonderful. There are so many activities for the kids with the Marriott connected as well. I can't recommend this resort enough.

I stayed for a week. The facilities overall were very good but not excellent. Renovations underway may remedy this. My suite was comfortable and well appointed but twice the maid neglected to leave a bathrobe. Not earth shattering but annoying. I was disappointed with the food (with the exception of Norman’s Restaurant where I enjoyed two excellent meals) and in particular with my dinners on Monday and Tuesday in the H&H restaurant. I was assured on checking in that my golf clubs would be sent to the clubhouse only to find that was not the case shortly before my tee off time. Again not the end of the world; simply annoying. I will not be rushing back.

5 stars all the way! Lobby, grounds, staff, rooms, restaurants and spa - ALL SIMPLY AMAZING. Fantastic food. Super soft beds. Attentive staff. Every expectation met. We could even see two firework shows every night (Disney and Epcot) from our hotel room overlooking the pools and lake. Excellent stay!

We had the opportunity to stay at the Ritz Carlton Orlando this past weekend and had a marvelous time! Skylar checked us in and she was such a friendly and cheerful person. Perfect for our arrival. We chose to stay there rather than on property at Disney while running the Disney Marathon and we were so happy that we did. The Ritz has an elegant feel, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a host of restaurants that the Disney properties just cannot match. After the Marathon, we chose to visit the spa at the Ritz and it was WONDERFUL!!! The perfect ending to the marathon weekend. One of the restaurants that we ate at during our stay was Harvest and Highball. The Pimento burger was to die for! And the donuts with Nutella were divine. The cider beer with hints of apple and spice was also a special treat. The very best part of the dinner was Mario our server. He had great recommendations and was very personable. The Ritz finds itself very close to the sister property the Marriott. As a client of the Ritz, you are able to use the Lazy River next door and are very close to dining there. We ate an Italian meal at Primo and it was divine! Every bit of the meal was perfect, as well as the service. My recommendation is to stay at the Ritz when visiting the parks in the Orlando area. You will get much more for what you pay for, and it gives you a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle. It is truly the Best of the Best and we will be coming back for years to come!
