Stayed in a King with Double bed room on the 2nd floor. Despite being located directly over the valet, front door area, I was delightfully surprised by the quiet noise level inside. The shower and vanity area are beautifully styled. In the living area, there is a fridge with 2 complimentary water bottles. I came traveling alone, but can appreciate the value with having the second bed for families. I also used the workout room and laundry services during my stay - again no complaints about both areas, as the workout room had plenty of room and workout equipment and the laundry had 3-4 sets of washers and dryers ($4 for laundry by credit card). Directly adjacent to the laundry area is a coin arcade and TV with sitting area so you can pass the time, too. Service was superb throughout.

We wanted to have a relaxing vacation by the water. After an extensive research, we decided to stay in the Hyatt Grand Cypress. Orlando is a family friendly place where you can find any type of accommodation based on your needs. Since we were mainly staying at the hotel, we made sure the hotel has a great pool and gives a resort feel. Well, the hotel sure delivered. Although our Room starts to show bit of run down and mini fridge wasn't working correctly, the pool view with nightly fireworks from Universal Studio and Epcott was great from our 11th floor room. We spent 3nights and enjoyed our days at the pool mostly, and drove down to Cocoa Beach (45 min away) one day to get some beach fun. My daughter made a sand art to bring home at the hotel which you can pick a shape and shells to decorate for around $20. Even I think the resort fee ($30)and parking fee ($20) is pretty expensive if you added to a room rate, we enjoyed our time at this hotel.

We spent three days here (to visit Legoland and accommodation after a long flight before Disney) To sum impression: kids asked about the late check-out (and change of plans because of this). Room is very clean and nice (we had a 'pool view' reserved but luck was not on our side, 3 floor and close to the middle, so barely saw a pool :) ). As I wrote about the pool: it was great: big, with nice water slide, many waterfalls, hot tub with a waterfall :) and so on. Territory is very green and nice. Both restaurants are good/great. Staff is friendly and helpful (we had several requests). If we will be here again we will stop in this hotel. (Especially all this visible as we just moved to Disney hotel to get more 'magic', it was a bad decision, the magic of good mood and pleasant stay was in Hyatt, want to play this back)

This is a great hotel with lots of amenities to offer. A great place for adults and children alike. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The pool area is exceptional. We will probably go back to this hotel the next time we visit Orlando.

Traveled here for a meeting and brought the family. Beautiful facilities and kind, attentive staff. Had a great room on the 15th floor and could see the fireworks at Disney every evening. Only a few comments for improvement: Closed-toed shoes makes a lot of sense for bike rental, though most people going to pool don't wear closed-toed shoes. Suggest having a box of Crocs around for guest convenience. Appreciate a lot of people may not want them, but if you just want to go for a quick ride that would be nice. We had a great time on the bike, but had to purchase closed toes shoes for the 2 kids from a local store to do so. Regrettably it rained most days when my meeting was over, so we weren't able to use the pools in the afternoon. On Sunday we were hoping to use the splash pad, which was to open at 7, but at the time of this review is still not open, around 10 a.m., see attached picture. Also some cleanliness issues on the beach that could be attended too (cigs, straws, and fruit from drink) my 1 year old wanted to put in her mouth... Overall great stay; we would come again for business, may seek more detail for travel with family.
