Nice hotel, room was good size with a good view, great service and the employees were outstanding. The pool area, complete with a suspension bridge and some "caves" for the kids to play was just perfect. Close to the park and dining, I would recommend.

So I though i would write a live review of the Hyatt. Here on a business trip. The room is lovely, clean and a nice size. Bathroom very clean, fresh towels etc.. But whats the point when the bar area is sooo loud that at 12:30 at night when you have a long haul the following day and you can't sleep!!! The hotel has a crazy lay out which funnels the sound of the bar up to all of the rooms. I am really sorry but I can't recommend this place. It doesn't matter how nice a room is if you just can't sleep. So hence the poor rating... Avoid or as for a room far far away at the end of a corridor. They need to put in sound dampening or move the bar.

Very impressed with the staff, room, TV, Shower, Dining Room etc. Great Value for a Disney Resort close to the Parks. It’s only an Uber away. Stayed here many years ago and boy what an improvement since then

Great hotel. Nice lobby and grounds. Rooms were clean. Food was delicious . Staff was very responsive to my needs. Short uber to Disney grounds. Escalator was out of service for 3 days. I use stairs so no big deal. I would go back and recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Hyatt for 2 weeks. This is quite a long time but we were visiting our daughter who works nearby. The weather was awful, freezing. The location is great for the Disney Parks. We were on the 11 floor. Great view. You can see the pools and lake at the hotel. In the distance you can see the Disney parks and the fireworks every night. But we also experienced high winds and driving rain beating against the windows and patio door. Overall the weather is good in Florida but we were unlucky. The hotel is set in picturesque grounds. One pool is heated. Hot tub. Well equipped gym, laundry machines available, pool bar with 6 tv screens and a welcoming fire pit to keep us warm. The grounds are well maintained. The lake and man made beach were excellent with boats, paddle boards and water bikes. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour coffee shop with food available to take away. The in room dining is excellent not cheap after all the taxes and service charges but we thought it was worth it. The hotel was busy and the conference hall was busy. The hotel charge for car parking. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it. Half the price of any Disney Hotel.
