The grounds are spacious and well manicured, the views delightful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff is professional and helpful. At arrival there is valet parking or self parking which is a little confusing. Choosing to self park it seemed a bit far away but was not; I was simply brought into a different part of the hotel. This facility is easily accessible to all Orlando has to offer but still somewhat secluded and off the main thoroughfare. There was an interesting mix of family and business clients on my visit. There is a family pool complete with waterfall as well as a more adult area. Poolside services are available in the afternoon Small details can sometimes draw attention to otherwise near perfection such as a tear in a curtain or the inability to have complete privacy on the commode! Business accommodations were well addressed. All the needed support services from food to electronics were cheerfully taken care of.

Staycation. We had a combo of business, event, and family reunion. The location is phenomenal with enough room and plenty activities to keep everyone of all ages happy while I got some work done. Service was great!

I have been going to this hotel for 29 years. i have stayed over 70 times here. What was once a luxury hotel is now becoming average at best. In the end you are charged $50 over advertised rate with all the resort fee's, taxes, etc., plus to add insult, parking fees. The rooms are average at best, I stayed in the VIP suite, was a little disappointed. Not enough characters here to go into greater detail but I sure could add a lot more here.

This resort has anything and everything you could need for a short or longer stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our every need. The entire resort was sparkling clean and beautiful. The food was great the drinks were great the entire resort exceeded all our expectations. There is so much for the kids to do and the parents.

Reasonable mid range resort. Not really focused on adults. The 12th floor lounge, for which we pay, has become shabby and looks cheapo. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Wuality of food is good. Reasonable value. Workout facility is excellent.
