We stayed at this hotel last summer for a business trip. We were so impressed by the ammenities that we decided to stay for a long weekend. This hotel has a great jogging trail. We were able to complete a 15-mile run on a quiet and beautiful trail. It was perfect since the hotel pool allowed us to rest, stretch, and recover after the run. It was a quiet, relaxing afternoon by the pool. We were enjoying the cooler weather and the service of the pool staff. Unfortunately, a group of teenagers came, They started playing loud music while climbing and jumping off the bridge that was across the pool. There were signs that said no diving or do not jump from bridge, but they did not care. Now I understand that the staff cannot control everything. But this ruined the trip for us. We are having second thoughts if we should come back for the rest of our marathon training. But still, I would give 5 stars to Nick who checked us in the day before. Thanks for answering our questions about the jogging trail and for the complimentary sparkling wine!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is very nice for families. Check in was not pleasant. They had 2 check in hosts and the line was very long. The room was what to expect from a hotel of this caliber and price. However, the Tv didn't work and we had to call the front desk. An hour after the first call, we called again and finally got a technician to fix it. They were unable to fix the issue and we decided to live without complete television service. Since the TV was out, we decided to order pizza from Giordano and go to bed. After waiting an hour, we received a call telling us pizza delivery was not allowed at this resort. We were told to drive to the security gate and meet the driver. My car was valeted and I couldn't make it in time to get the delivery. The resort offered a discount for the room for our troubles. I will never stay here again and warn other to be prepared for service not consistent with other Hyatt properties.

Very friendly staff from Valet to Room Service to Meeting rooms. Each was attentive and responsive. There are a lot of attendees at this event, but Hyatt Grand Cypress did a great job and the venue is beautiful! Plenty of activities for family as well.

The hotel was conveniently located near Orlando shopping and attractions. The guest room had little storage for a 4 night stay; but, the staff were eager to provide extra clothing hangers. The closet door/bathroom door combination seemed odd. The restaurants, pool, and conference rooms were very nice. The outdoor activities were plentiful (biking paths, rock wall, kayaking, paddle boards, etc...) The excercise facility was disappointing. The only class offered was yoga and the location was inconvenient. The spa was disappointing as well. No specials, no private hot tub/pool/cafe and no unique spa offerings.

Best Staff! Several of the staff recognized us as we have stayed several times. Service is excellent. Upon departing, we were talking to our bellman and found out that many employees have been there 20+ years. He had 29 years this week and said he was only #3 in seniority among the bellman. That tells me they treats their employees well which definitely shows in everyone’s attitude!
