We recently visited Orlando and picked this hotel because of the reviews and photos. We were not disappointed. The staff are top notch. We were giving Champaign while we were checking in. The property is beautiful with lots of activities to occupy you between visits to the big theme parks. The beds are heaven and the rooms have a modern décor. The hotel is just a few minutes from Disney. You can see the fireworks from some balconies, just check for which ones when you make your reservation. The pool is one of the nicest I have seen. Will definitely be back.

Checked in to a room with dirty and used bed sheets - with "disgusting left-overs" from previous guests. Was asked to change room but was offered no compensation or apology. Can not recommend this hotel.

The only reason I can't give this place a 5 star rating is because it is in need of some renovations. The beds have a vinyl headboard and they are cracked, the glue down carpet is so bubbled that it is a trio hazard. The bathrooms have been updated and are amazing. I could hear everything said and done in my neighbors room..... :(

This hotel is amazing and worth staying at in Orlando. This hotel is more like a resort. The pools are amazing and the pictures do not it justice. The drinks and food at pool are great. The drive to the parks are worth it to stay away from the park from them because this hotel really creates a resort type feel when you stay here. They have bike you can ride, hammocks you can lay in, sand, fire pits, many things you can do. We had an issue at one of the restaurants and the management and service was amazing, I really can not say enough about this place. We will always stay at this place when we come to Orlando! Which is often because we live 2 hours away and have season passes to several parks. Be aware they do charge you a resort fee and parking fee, once you get there and par

Our room was quite nice, spacious, with all of the expected amenities. The grounds looked quite beautiful from the high level floor we were on, unfortunately I was there on business and unable to visit the pools I could longingly see from the window of the room. My fiancé tells me the gym was adequate, about what you'd expect in a hotel. But the pool are was great. Room service was great after a long tiring day of meetings, but yes of course it was pricey. One disappointment was lunchtime as our convention was quite large they were not prepared to accommodate so many people with their restaurant and other snack options. There were rows and rows of people queued up to try to get something to sustain them for another four hours of meetings. It just felt like there wasn't much preplanning on the hotel's end. The lobby area was welcoming and relaxing. Overall I would recommend a stay here and hope myself to return when I'm not on business, the outdoor amenities a try myself.
