The first newly built Waldorf Astoria since the legendary original in New York City, Waldorf Astoria Orlando commands a stunning location on 482 emerald-green acres. Located in the exclusive Bonnet Creek, the hotel is a lush and tropical paradise set on its own nature preserve - surrounded on three sides by Walt Disney World® Resort, adjacent to Epcot® and next to Downtown Disney®. Upon arrival, the stately lobby eloquently sets the tone, instantly drawing you to its centerpiece - a magnificent clock handcrafted by master artisans. The remarkably spacious guest rooms and suites boast handsome appointments, with walls coated in soothing colors, furniture dressed in classic fabrics and lavish amenities discovered at every turn.

We had the most spectacular stay at the Waldorf. We stayed 5 nights using Hilton points. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to the most beautiful suite with picturesque views of Disney Springs. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the morning drinking the delicious in-room coffee. We found the dining options plentiful and we never needed to leave the resort to find good food. The service at the pool was outstanding. Servers were attentive and with the high temps, were gracious to keep bringing all guests ice water. Our kids walked over to the Hilton next door to enjoy the lazy river and water slide, but preferred the quiet of the Waldorf pool. All staff we encountered were pleasant and most helpful. The charter bus to Disney parks and Disney Springs was very convenient and ran on-time. We planned park and pool days. Our pool days at the resort were so relaxing and beautiful. We felt recharged to tackle the crowds at the park. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a Disney trip.

Let me first my saying we have not had the greatest experiences at Waldorf properties over the years. The only reason we came to the hotel was because of Bull and Bear. When we came to Orlando, we decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a most enjoyable time. Valet staff greets you right away. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We sat at the pool and had the most amazing staff serving food and drinks. Bull and Bear is a class by it self. We had dinner there the first night. If you want to use the fitness center, there are plenty of machines to choose. If you need your car, I recommend calling down before because they will tell you it should take about 10 minutes. That was not unreasonable. The pastry shop had lots to choose and friendly staff smiles. The hotel was a comfortable drive to all the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. I found the showers a little small, but very hot after which is always a good thing. Pool lounge chairs seemed to be slightly small in quantity. The only drawback I found was the hotel does not supply bath soaps if you want to take a bubble bath. I was advised you had to buy them at the spa. Other than that, thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one and restoring our faith in Waldorf. Plus a final shout out to Amanda, who is a supervisor for the special anniversary treat in our room. We loved it.

We spent 2 nights here at the Waldorf after spending 4 nights at the Signia connected next door. There really is no comparing the two. Waldorf is really nice not saying the Signia isn’t but the Waldorf has that extra touch to it. Staff are excellent, customer service is outstanding. We were given a nice upgrade in the room due to our Diamond status. The room was large, bathroom huge, walk in shower. This resort is excellent. To get around we used Uber instead of the complimentary shuttle which was very convenient. Great stay!

Deriezel was an AMAZING pool server! He was kind, attentive & just an absolute joy. He circled backed often to check up on me & to inquire if I needed any additional food or drinks. Between him & Casey I was well looked after. They were the absolute BEST!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was the finest hotel experience my family ever had, and we’ve been lucky enough to stay at wonderful places. The staff is so warm and accommodating. The property itself is impeccable and very luxurious without ever feeling stuffy. The pool area is fabulous. Rent the cabana, it’s worth the splurge. Restaurants are delicious, and you have the added bonus of being able to walk over to the Hilton to eat there as well. Our guest room was fabulous. Beds very comfortable, even the pull out sofa where our kids slept. At the end of a very long day at a theme park, we were greeted at the entry with cold towels and sparkling or still bottled water. It was like finding the oasis after a day in the dessert. Frankly, the Disney flagship resorts don’t hold a candle to this property.
