The place to stay in Orlando. Service was superb and accommodations were beautiful. You will not be disappointed. Choose a Disney View room and catch the fireworks at Hollywood Studios and Epcot. My recommendation is to Uber to Parks instead of bus provided. Its inexpensive and so much quicker than shuttle

We had such a great stay here for our honeymoon. We would recommend to anyone in the Disney area! The room was so nice and well kept. Housekeeping saw we left classes of water by our bed, so they started leaving water bottles there!

My wife and I spent a few nights here just to relax (and go see the Harry Potter attractions at Universal) at the tail end of a longer swing through the Southeast and before returning home. The hotel and accommodations were lovely and very comfortable - our room was quite large, the bed and furnishings were all quite comfortable, the spa amenities (esp. the eucalyptus oil steam room) and pool areas were all excellent, the food was wonderful, and, above all, the staff were all very charming and attentive. Watching Disney fireworks each night from our room was also a nice bonus. Does it look and feel like a WA in a big city? No, but it is a very, very nice oasis amidst the greater Orlando tourist mecca and it does indeed look and feel like a WA in comparison to the nearby alternatives. We very much enjoyed it.

Worst experience I’ve had yet. Not only was my car damaged by the Waldorf Astoria employees but the food was awful. We were greeted with raw shrimp cocktail at what they call a premier dining experience. The steak was almost as good as a Waffle House steak. Over cooked tough like leather. Rooms had a moldy smell maybe from hurricane damage but either way enough to complain and moved to another room. When you ask to speak to the General Manager he is no where to be found and never want to expect liability for their actions. I’ve had better experience at holiday inn for fraction of the price. If you think this Waldorf is anything like the New York one your sadly mistaken. I wish there was more I could do to warn guest about this so called pedigree hotel. 😡😡😡

we booked the suite with kitchenette because we have a 4 year old and wanted some flexibility with food, it is useless there is only a fridge, not even a microwave. Personnel was ok but not very helpful. The bar by the pool is the only p[lace of the hotel where they were actually nice. For a Waldorf property.... very very mediocre
