Conrad Osaka deserves a 10 star. Exceptional service especially at the executive lounge and Atmos dining during breakfast. I’d like to special mention Masashi (F&B Supervisor) and Taiki (Guest Relations). The hotel staff were very welcoming and very helpful. I felt valued and appreciated for being a Diamond Member and for coming back to Conrad Osaka to spend my 60th birthday. Excellent hotel and location!! Best donut and pistachio croissant!!! And lastly, Exemplary service received from Airi (Guest Relations Executive). Many thanks Airi. You're the best!!! I can’t thank you enough.

Conrad Osaka is a beautiful hotel. The views from the lobby, the lounge, and our room were all stunning. There is a lot of elevator switching required to access different areas of the hotel, but this was not particularly bothersome as it allowed us to enjoy these views as we transferred from entrance to lobby to room/lounge. Service was always pleasant and professional; we really enjoyed interacting with each person we encountered. They made our stay comfortable and convenient. The lounge in particular was wonderful. The hosts were very kind and we were impressed with the food. It was so nice to be able to access cold drinks/hot tea at almost any hour. Similarly, breakfast was phenomenal, with a large variety of delicious dishes that rotated daily, speedy service, and plenty of seating. This hotel really felt like our "home" in Osaka. We cannot wait to visit again. As an aside, the little bear and duck gifts were so precious! Very much appreciated.

This property deserves ten stars actually. The level of service which I got to experience was something I’ve never experienced before. The hotel is part of a huge tower where the reception is located on the 40th floor and the executive lounge on the 39th floor and then the rooms start from 38-32 floors only. We were given one of the warmest welcome ever and I was thanked for my loyalty to the brand. Check in was completed in the executive lounge and we were served sift drinks and given oshibori - the wet towels to refresh ourselves the views from the reception and lounge were jaw dropping! We recorded to the executive corner deluxe room which was massive and size was at 64 square meters. Once again the views were to die for. Even the bathroom had a view and was well stocked with all the amenities you can imagine. The lounge opens from 11 am onwards so breakfast is taken in the restaurant. The spread was exceptional. Now cones the topic of service. I’m at a loss in how to describe it as my words won’t do justice. How I wish I had jotted down the names of each and every person I interacted with but I definitely will mention Ms. Ella the guest relations manager who was outstanding and took wonderful efforts to see that we were comfortable. Daniel in the restaurant was wonderful and made dishes specially for us as we do not eat pork. Stefano was such a wonderful person who took us to the airport. The longer served a very nice afternoon tea from 3-5 and then evening snacks from 6-8 which was actually more of dinner. Each and every department of this hotel had outstanding staff members and I left the hotel with nothing but the best of memories.

The best hotel we stayed at in Japan! We were fortunate to get a twin executive corner room and wow, what a view, what a room! It was spectacular. The hotel staff were excellent! Masayuki was very helpful and gave us some good tips on what to do. We mentioned we had time to do a trip to Kobe for instance and he recommended a fantastic Kobe beef restaurant, which was such a memorable experience!, with our own chef in a private room! The breakfasts were amazing and i enjoyed using the pool and spa. The views from the exec lounge were great and the supervisor (sorry we’ve forgotten your name) was lovely and was very informative on Sake, as we were trying the various Sake at the bar.

After traveling to Japan over the last forty years, living in Asia and working and traveling round the world, I feel comfortable saying that this Conrad Osaka is one of the top 3 hotels I have stayed in over my many decades of traveling. Truly a special, customer focused, yes-expensive, outstanding hotel. The staff was attentive, caring, willing to go the extra mile, very comfortable in English...just outstanding. Rooms are very spacious, very clear, great bed, wondful view from floor to ceiling windows, very ample "living space" in bedroom with couch, tables and chairs, coffee makers, and a wonderful bathroom with a soaking tub and a terrific shower. We ate in two of their four restaurants (ATMOS and the 40 Sky Bar and Lounge). We used the conceirge to schedule taxis and also reservations at a nearby special restaurant, which canceled due to our needs, and the hotel staff quickly found an equivalent restaurant on the same day of the reservation for 8 people. Truly exemplary and helpful. Recommend the Conral Osaka with no reservations. The prices are a bit salty, but the stay, the rooms, the cleanliness, the restaurants, the staff...all extraordinary. A wonderful place to spend some time.
